My 1st question is: A couple questions about Medifast Diet? Looking forward for any comment. Another quick question... Gotta say that the program has been everything I hoped and has lived up the ringing endorsements it gets in both the commercial venues and from the good folks doing the program..

My wife and I both are in week 12. She has lost 37 pounds and I have lost 51 lbs. That puts me about half way to goal..

I went to the doctor Monday and he has reduced my cholesterol meds and is ready to lower my blood pressure meds. Before starting Medifast I was scheduled for another glucose test. I put it off to give myself a shot at losing some weight. Well this checkup the doc said that if I had taken the glucose test without this weight loss I likely would have been diagnosed as diabetic. That is what I call a mini-goal reward!.

Though there are occasional moments when staying OP is hard, most of the time it isn't that bad. Mainly because I'm seeing results on the scale every week and I'm just 'feel' so much better. It has also helped greatly that my DW is doing Medifast also. What a great journey!.
