My question is Breakfast ideas for Medifast Diet, 1st phase? Many thanks for any response. Second question of mine... I am just about to finish up day 3 and have managed to stay OP. I'm hoping to continue the trend but this weekend is my husband's birthday. Thankfully he is not a sweets man, so there won't be any cake..

But he does want to go out to eat at Buffalo Wild Wings. EEK!.

I am very overwhelmed about eating there. Would someone with a little more experience than me mind taking a look at the menu and helping me find the best option? I feel ridiculous asking because the salads seem to be the obvious choice. I'm just really sort of freaking out about going out to eat for the first time and going to probably the worst restaurant on earth. I need a little hand holding!.

Grilled Blacken Chicken Salad looks ok. Maybe you can bring in your own dressing in a baggie or small container for you...

I think your choices would have to be either the grilled chicken salad OR the grilled chicken sandwich minus the bun with a side salad instead of fries. They sure don't have alot of choices and NO veggies besides salad. You could have the burger w/o bun also, but I think the chicken would be a better choice. Good luck!..

Yep, my vote is the grilled chicken salad too. Remember to tell them no croutons or dressing. Bring your own or eat it plain..

Another option might be the naked tenders with a side salad. No dressing or sauce. I would guess the chicken is cooked with enough fat to constitute your daily serving..

You can do it! No problem...

Thanks so much everyone! I really appreciate you all taking a minute to look. even though a burger (sans bun and fixings, of course) sounds soooo good, I will go chicken. i'll have a burger in a few weeks after I am down a few pounds..

Thanks again! now...how do I avoid the bar?..

The bar is a tough one!! My husband is in a band and tonight they are playing...my friend wanted me to come to her house first for a few drinks...I just told her that I would be happy to be the designated driver and not drink!! I know it will be hard to stay away from 'just 1' littl drink but I have worked too hard to give up on this plan for now. all I keep thinking of is in a few months when I am in cute little jeans it will be worth it!! positive thinking!! Stay Strong Gurl!! Stay disaplined!!..

Oh no! Definetely avoid the bar! You're working your way into ketosis for the first time, and that'll stop it in it's tracks! Your first week losses (usually magnificent) will be totally compromised. Dooooon't do it!.

I had Happy Hour last night, and was happy with a diet soda. You can have them put it in a drinking glass, if that'll help. Please - for yourself - don't take a drink. This program can be great, but you have to stick to it..

You can do the burger, if that's what sounds best. Just don't eat an entire half pound patty! Stop at 5 oz, and save the rest for the next day. Remember to eat lots of lettuce with it!..
