My question is Can an extreme Nutrisystem diet cause an overweight dog to have a seizure? Thanks in advance for any response. Second question.. Ok Fellas, I am at a total standstill the first 2 weeks I did great. Lost 8lbs..

Now I feel like I am following the program to a T.... But I am getting the some F'n crazings around 10.. I just went and downed a yogurt. ALthough it is off program at this point! I didn't want to go way out there with some late night pizza order or sometin to that effect, but I had the damn stomach monster after me!!.

I haven't been sleeping so good lately, and a little anxious! I have a ton more of energy all day and even with some early morning cardio. I am struggling still at night! I don't get hungry all day the program rules in that department!.

Any ideas? I was thinking, maybe I should not eat any carbs at night. I usually have a piece or rye or whole grain with dinner.? Or maybe it is sugar in the snack bars??.

Anyways since I am writing this @10:45p.m. you can see this is a frustrating deal!.

I need to wake up tommorrow with a new plan??..

The answer is Yes, although you might want to make sure and wait for another member here to confirm this as I am unsure. Better yet, why don't you e-mail the Nutrisystem guys because they can give you an answer better...

Eating times are frequent. I tend to spread breakfast out. I eat about every 2 hours..

6:am carido 20-30 mins.

Eat Nutrisystem meal ,.

Get dressed.

Eat carb,.

Head to work 7:30.

8:00 eat yougrt.

9 Fruit.

10 or 11 is snack time.

12 lunch Nutrisystem meal.

2ish veggie/salad.

3 or 4 second part of Nutrisystem snack.

6 or 7 dinner with all parts. I usually don't split this meal up..

Ns dinner, carb, salad veggie all in one sitting.

Desert usually 1-2 hours after dinner!.

I am wondering if I am eating too much at once in the night?.

I will call a couselor tommorrow. BTW, on the weekends I do the full breaky in one session, than split up the snaks and lunch than one sitting dinner!.

Sorry to rant on fellas, just want to kill the stomach monster. Maybe I just need some ambien and after I eat desert, take an ambian and go to sleep! Any Dr's out there. LOL J/k!!! really!.

Another footnote I am drinking at least 80 oz's of water a day....

Have you tried eating all meals in one session..

Just wondering if spreading out your meals could be a problem..

I usually grab a sugar free cup of jello if I feel hungry in the evening...

Thank you Sir, much appreciated..

I'm gonna say eat your meals in one sitting and eat every 3-4 hours..

I eat every 3 hours and eat breakfast within a half hour of waking up..

And I eat dessert atleast 3 hours before going to sleep..

But contact a counselor for the correct answer...

How about trying a decaf tea. Something like an apple spice tea might also work. The warmth of the tea may be helpful..

But I also agree you might want to up the protein just a bit, just an oz. or two of chicken...

Not a doctor, but I can tell you from experience that ambien is counterproductive. It slows the digestive system down..

Another comment, again from personal experience only, don't drink too much water in the evening. If you can't sleep because of the hungrys, get up and do something: computer or read, something that takes some concentration, so you are thinking of something else until you hit that tired cycle again...

Instead of snacking on a yogurt or pizza at night, how about you just eat an apple or some veggies...we all didn't get fat eating fruits and vegetables. There is also a rule in Nutrisystem that you can have anything you want that is 20 calories or less 3 times per day. There is also a listing of free foods (as much as you want) in the back of the book...

A good yogurt that is high protein (12 g per serving) is Kroger's Carb Master. I know other stores also carry the same yogurt with their name on it but I do not know which ones. If you don't have a Kroger's look in local stores and see if there is a carb master type yogurt with 12 g of protein. Also if you don't get hungry all day why don't you just save some of your food you eat earlier until later ?

I see you and b-40 are online when I posted this reply and I also see that some others have replied at 2am. As much as I like the chocolate desserts, I won't eat them after dinner because the chocolate will keep me up. Other times it's just difficult for me to sleep like now..

I was snacking every night about 10:30 before I settled down for the night. This of course added to my weight problem. When I first started NS, it was hard to break that habit. My hunger pangs eventually went away at night. Now I choose to post in the men's room rather than snack. Although it doesn't cure my hunger pangs, it's certainly a distraction...
