My 1st question is: Can someone give me a good Nutrisystem diet plan that doesn't compromise my nutrition? Thanks for any response. Second question of mine... Congrats from a Dallas fan. The Eagles came ready to play and dominated. I hope they go far in the playoffs.. |
Yup, but you might want to make sure and wait for another person to confirm it as I am not completely sure. Better yet, why don't you ask the Nutrisystem guys because they can help better...

Let's put it this way. I was an Eagles fan.
Today. .. And while I'm bummed for Dallas fans, I must admit I do root for any team who's playing them.. And while I'm no Jerry Jones fan, if I put myself in his shoes I'm pissed too. All that money, all those free agents, all that talent, and so unsuccessful tying them together into a team strong enough to make the playoffs.. Injuries, I know, but when there's no money left to buy yourself some roster depth, your first team money is wasted.. The Dallas off-season should provide some entertainment for sure.. Upside? That new stadium looks like it's going to be awesome!. ... |
As a Giants fan, I can objectively say that today's loss was probably a good thing for Dallas' fans. Hopefully, it should show Jones that Wade Phillips is not a #1 even if he is a heck of a coordinator. Bigger problem is this: Romo doesn't show many signs of maturing. Is he really the future?..
As a Lions fan, it was a great day..
First, negative perfection was realized, 0-16.. I knew they could do it, so I ordered this last week and it came in Friday.. Http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...m=150305834451. Then, Dallas lost. Why does that matter? Detroit got Dallas' first, third and sixth round draft picks from Dallas for Roy Williams.. Thanks Jerry!!.. |
Yes, it should be an extremely interesting off season. Jerry still says that he's not firing Wade but I wouldn't be surprised if he decided to "retire" from coaching..
The new stadium does look great. Too bad only the very rich will ever sit in the seats. I'll be really surprised if the games even sell out unless Jerry decides to drop the prices... |
Makes me sad to think the Lions will Draft Sam Bradford. Hopefully the Lions will mess up there draft picks too...
Well the ultimate draft butcher, Matt Millen was fired months ago. Coach Rod was fired today. We'll have to see how the new regime will do, but no matter what, I know to keep my expectations low...
Maybe his daughter should have married a better defensive coordinator...
LOL, no, she should have married a billionare to buy the Lions from old man Ford...
The smile on my face won't rub off for some time. Having everything come together like that yesterday just doesn't seem to happen much for Philly teams..
All those who want to out Reid and McNabb had better be carefull with what they wish for. Aikman said it best yesterday, "change for the sake of change isn't always good.". Reid and McNabb have their faults, but the alternative of a new coaching staff and non-franchaise QB is far worse. Don't forget that if Big Red leaves, so will Jim Johnson and Company. The young defense is talented and could be for several years to come.. As much as I love Brad Childress, I think the Eagles matchup very well this week with the Vikings. If the Eagles lose, I'll be pulling for the Vikes the rest of the way.. GO EAGLES!!.. |
The Cowboys are the football version of the Yankees...you can spend all the cash you want and bring in as many superstars as you like, but all the cash in the world wont buy you character, camaraderie and teamwork..
You cant stick that many Egos in one room and expect them to all get along.. It all starts at the top and Jerry Jones gets what he deserves.. Arrogant bastard, money cant fix everything... |
I'm pulling for a Minn vs Tenn match up in the Super Bowl.
(My stepson is a huge Vikes fan and Tenn (Oilers) is my brothers old team.).. |
The big difference between the Cowboys and Yankees is that the NFL has a salary cap, so they aren't really spending more than anyone else can. The similarity is they both like to collect talent and don't really concern themselves with team chemistry..
What they 'boys do that causes them problems is they take on "problem children". Talented players that would make a ton of cash if they could stay out of trouble, both legal (PacMan Jones, Tank Johnson) and guys that cause problems within their team (TO)... |
True, but it sure doesn't seem like they have a salary cap...
Q: What's the best way to get a bunch of TV and advertising execs to kill themselves?.
A: End up with the above matchup in the Super Bowl... |
Have to agree that the Vikes and the Titans wouldn't be a national favorite, but Peterson would bring interest to any Vikings match up..
It would be interesting to see the Mannings play against each other. The Colts and the Giants are both interesting teams (I still am upset the Vikings didn't keep Dungy...The man is a class act).. Clark.. |
Correct me if I'm wrong, but the Vickies didn't fire Dungy, He was offered the head job in Tampa and took it right?..
You are correct, but the Vikes knew Dennis Green was done and should have fired him (which they did anyway) and offered the job to Dungy..
Everyone knew he was an excellent coach.. Clark.. |
You guys do know the Steelers are going to win their SIXTH super bowl this year, right?.
What? OH! Ooops...you're right. I'm in the wrong room. Sorry! (turns and heads out...).. |
Yes. really. SIX. Six rings. And the Cowboys will still have only 5..
Aaarrrgghhh! How did I end up in the men's room again??????????.. |
Poser fans pronouce the team the Steelers..
Real fans of the team from Pittsburgh say it they way the locals do, the Stillers... |
Ah. That would be my fiance. Born there and he is OBSESSED. I'm actually a Patriots fan moonlighting as a Steelers fan for the rest of the season. (Cuz a happy fiance makes a happy me!)..
Actually, I was responding to the quizzical assertion that the avatar turned heads...
Well...they're my SECOND favorite...I would really love to see them take a sixth title. Especially since it's looking like I may grow old and die waiting for my Patriots to take another one. But that's OKI'll love them even if they go 0-16..
Really the only time I cheer against the Steelers is when they play NE. My fiance is hoping to convert me completely one day, but I just really can not get down with Ben R. He works my nerves sometimesI keep trying to tell him "It's customary to throw the ball to someone wearing the SAME outfit as you...". I guess if I ever want to set a wedding date, I may have to convertthe Steelers are pretty much his religion!.. |
I got a nice picture of that, and then Homo-Romo mooping(sp?) off the field. I was at the game on Sunday and that was one of the greatest things I have ever seen in my Life. I'm hoping the Eagles will really take it all the way. I also Hope Ried and Mcnabb are back next year...
+1.
Although the Iggles have a lot of momentum. Not too many teams want to be playing them right now.. ... |
I've been an Eagles fan since the days of Buddy Ryan, Reggie White, and Randall Cunningham. However, I coach at the high school that Jonathan Stewart (Panthers) attended, so I'm "supposed" to be pulling for the hometown boy. Hopefully, they'll meet up in the NFC Championship game next week...
I have been a Giants fan since Pat Summerall was there place kicker. I am so excited about this game. It should be an old fashioned in your face smash mouth game. Just can't wait. My only problem is what can I eat and drink during the game..
Ken. Gardiner NY.. |
I'm New Jersey. I root for two teams, the Giants, and anyone playing against Dallas...
The Eagles won ugly, but at least they won. The Cards looked tough against Carolina, but I think playing in an enclosed building will help next week...
Congrats Eagles and Eagles fans..
They should cause all kinds of havic on Warner next week... |
Hello everyone!!!!!! GO EAGLES!!!!!!!!!!!.1 More Win!!!!! Then To The Big Show!!!!!!!!!This Is The EAGLES Year!!!!!!!! We Will All Cross The Finish Line!!!!!! Mind Over Matter!!!!!!!!!! *~~* ~John~..
Umm... go Cardinals!!!! Seriously the Cards are hosting the NFC championship for the first time ever...
I hate to burst your bubble but the Cards are the hottest team right now. With the best passing game and now a running game the Eagles will go down. I have to admit the Eagles have good "D" but with the Cards at home in the dome it will be wild and very noisy for the Eagle. Cards vs. Pitt in SB in 2 weeks baby!!!..
My bubble is still intact because I have a feeling that Westbrook will just stomp the Cardinals run defense. It was surprising to see how much the Cards slaughtered Carolina when everyone basically thought the Pnthers would win... without Boldin! However the NFC and AFC champ games will be incredibly sweet to watch. I'm just surprised that the reigning world champs, including the Titans, both didn't make it!..
Bring from Az and a season ticket holder for the Cards for years I hate to say it bro but Philly is cooked like one of their cheesesteaks. With our Boldin back and our new running game it will be crazy. Try not to over eat when you are watching the game on Sunday...
EAGLES All the way this year baby!!! No little cardinal is gonna stop them......
E A G L E S EAGLES!!!!.. |
Is this the place all of us Carolina fans post "Maybe next year"?..
Being a Cardinal fan you have to be used to being the underdog. LOL. We will see what happens on Sunday. Should be a dog fight...
Sorry but as a life long 49er fan, I'm finding it hard to root for the Cardinals..
It is nice however that the NFC West is representing this year.. |
It's a great season for us PA fans! When the other little birdies get plucked, it will be an all PA bowl!.
Gordon.. |
Attention Eagles Fans.
:. Yeah. Good luck getting rid of Reid and McNabb now, especially if they go and do something crazy, like actually win the Super Bowl.. ... |
I wish I can say that about the St. Louis Rams.. my god this season was unbearable! Luckily for my buddies and I, we did fantasy football and were able to root for those teams the Rams were BOUND to lose against (lol @ Redskins and Cowboys). I had Westbrook on my team.. that's why I'm slightly more partial towards Eagles. However, you'll see that MANY St.
Oh and that whole superbowl thing which seems eons ago... |
GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO EAGLES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I also will add in GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO FLYERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am a Flyer hockey gal all the way baby!!!..
GOOD! I do not want to see either of them go anywhere in the next couple of years. They both have something left in them, I hope Dawk is around for another year atleast!!!.
But on the other hand maybe Eli Manning should retire!.. |
Hey Curryjunky! Are you ok this morning? Wow what a game yesterday. It is so sweeeet to be a Cards fan this morning. One of the best thing being at the game yesterday was seeing the cocky, loud mouthed Eagles fans sneaking out before time ran out. They thought thier team was going to walk over the Cards like thier Phillies did over the very weak Tampa Bay Rays...
Congrats on the cards win. However, you clearly don't know much about baseball. You might want to stick to whatever your area of expertise may be. For the record, I am not a Rays' fan...
Nyctfl: Actually I know alot about baseball. I wont tell you why but the Ray's where very lucky to beat the Red Sox and play a weak Phillies team. Go Cards!..
Rofl yeah I'm good.. what a great game to watch. For a few minutes, all of us at my place were wondering if it was going to be a come-from-behind...
Curry: It was sure nice to see all those Eagles fans spending lots of money in Az over the weekend and to see them leave the game with about 1 minute to go with their heads down. LOL..
