Good question... I dunno what is the answer. I'll do some investigation and get back to you if I got an anything. You should email the people at Medifast as they probably could answer your Medifast question..

How was everyones weekend? mine was good pretty quiet. Yesterday I spent most the day cleaning house, with work & soccer it was getting messy. I moved almost everything on my kitchen counters yesterday and wiped them down, it looks so much better & I even cleaned my coffee pot and got all but 1 load of towels done laundry wise. and then tom decided to visit and now I am miserable and my body hurts LOL.

This weekend was busy as always. Friday I rode a few horses, Saturday I worked on the huge pile of laundry, and getting rid of stuff. Sunday was a horse show. I did really well.. One thing that I notice SO much is that I am getting hit on so much now.. I also told my hubby that he was being a jerk today, when he was being a jerk. I hope he is mulling over it of what made me say it. He acted like a jerk in front of people and I called him on it.. I have been slacking on being strict on Medifast plan. I am finding the triggers and dealing with them one at a time. I would rather deal with them NOW, than later... |

We burnt yard debris ( leaves and sticks-pinecones fallen branches etc) so I smell like a stinky campfire-ewwwwwwww) It was hard to do because Cooper kept trying to go towards the fire.. it was a PITA! Yes the squill are pretty! They are bluish- we have those and pink ones too that are starting to come up. I hope you got rested up today!. Today is proving to be a better day already. Yesterday was difficult. I spent ALL day fixing other people's mistakes and then they messed up the fixes and it had to be done all over again.. But today I get to run my reports and do my thing and get everything flowing! YAY! Its a lot of work but it's my work. We are really far behind this year.. Well off to run more reports! Today is my Hubby's Friday and he gets a 4 day weekend because of Easter. I hope we can finish painting our living room. We didnt get to last weekend because he was sick. Wow only 4 pages in this thread and it's Wed, where is everyone??.. |

Tanner beat the 8th gr school record for discus throw and is currently in the lead for all of Central Oregon. He took 2nd in shot , 2nd in 400m( he never ran it before!) and the team took 2nd in 4x200m! It was a late track meet but fun to visit with some of my mom friends there. Baseball game tonight 5:30!.. |

I took a MHD today from work. Things have been super stressful at work and I am just SO tired. I need to start working on my resume and get a new job. Things aren't getting better and I am trying to keep a good attitude.. I had to go up to my dr and thought that I would be getting perscriptions refilled. Nope..I had to get a blood pressure and weight check. UGH had I known that I wouldn't have drank two bottles of water!! My blood pressure is down to 110/60...and weight was down since seeing him last. He refilled the drugs, and said come back in 90 days for the next refill.. The big deal!! I went to JcPenny's today to pick up some new shirts. Lots of stuff on the clearance racks...scored 7 work shirts for 50.00. I also tried on some skirts. I took a size 8 and it was very roomy, so I had to get a 6. The 6 fit perfect, but I didn't want that color. The color I wanted had only a 4 in a smaller size. SO..I didn't get anything. I can't believe that I had on a 6... |

HEY LADIES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have missed you all SO much! The lady who sits behind me is off today, so I don't have to be as careful about my computer usage. Things have been cah-RAZY at work since they fired one of our accountants. I've taken on a lot more responsibilities. On Monday, our VP of finance (yes, the one I have complained about) was up and I talked to him about the lack of growth potential in my position. I also asked for a merit-based raise. I have yet to hear back about that, but we shall see!.
Other updates:. Derby is going well. Skills test is May 10 and 12. I am proud to say I have come a LONG way (went from only being able to skate 14.5 laps in 5 minutes to 19.5), but I still might not pass the test. I'm not just saying that, I was pulled aside by a Vet who talked to me about it. Basically, if I DON'T pass, I can still practice with the girls, but can't do scrimmages or bouts. I am welcome to try out again in the Fall, which I plan to do. Church life- going well. I'm still enjoying singing in the choir, but getting frustrated with the director. He will change or cancel practice at the last minute, schedule us to sing 4 days in advance, etc. It makes it REALLY hard to plan, especially with derby taking up so much of my time.. Home Life- Roomie moved out April 1, and NOT to a boyfriend's house! I am SO proud of her! She moved in with a girl friend of ours into an apartment. She's still dating the same guy, they have been together for almost 3 months.. Jason and puppies are doing well.. Weight- ugh. I'm not ready to talk about that.. Anyways, I've missed you all so much! What did I miss?.. |

We are leaving Sat. afternoon after opening ceremonies/pictures for baseball.. headed to Southern Oregon for a night, staying in a little cabin and having our own easter egg hunt and stuff... the boys may turkey hunt a little on Easter- we'll just eat somewhere along the way.. We'll dye eggs most likely tomorrow night.. finished getting my easter stuff except 1 thing Ineed a Mad mag for Tanner- they didnt have them at the store I went too.... |

Hi ALL! I did the Outback last night, following all the wonderful posts here to make it OP. I felt STUFFED for about 3 hours afterwards and literally had to choke down hot cocoa meal (which I LOVE!). I thought I may have eaten too much, but really I did everything I should have (wish I could feel full like that all the time, lol)..
Went with my mom to the mall to get some paper to make the invitations for my grandmother's 80th birthday. And discovered my new favorite thing ever: stamp embossing. Now, I like to tinker with the crafts, but never dabbed in that (even though all those glitter jars always intrigued me) because I thought it was too hard. OMG! It's the coolest thing ever and I can't wait to get the invites going.. Hope all have a wonderful, loser-y, pin-up-y day!.. |
