Got a question, hope someone can answer... Does eating one banana for every breakfast everyday will ruin your Nutrisystem diet? Hoping for any answer. My 2nd question... Just wanted to share with yous a news feature about my weight loss that was filmed last Friday and aired today on Phoenix Channel 3. I'm glad they were able to focus on the changed mindset. The only thing they got wrong was that I told them that there were some individual MEALS where I had 2800-3300 calories..

BTW, I'm hoping to find out if the chick in the pink sweater is into hero worship..

Thanks to all. This came about because a friend of mine was aware of the Wednesday Weight Loss segment. He called the station and then texted me a few days later to tell me I might be hearing from them. While I was surprised, it was nice to be able to share my success in hopes of motivating and encouraging others. Even if we don't end up on local TV, we never know who is watching and observing the changes we are making...
