Quick question... Flavored Water on the Medifast Diet? Thanks in advance for any answer or 2. Another question on my mind: Hey all!. |
Hmm... I need to find out myself. I don't know what is the answer to your question. I'll do some investigation and get back to you if I find an answer. You should email the people at Medifast as they probably could help you..
Hey SarahJane!.
I'm 29 with 100+ to lose! I'd love to join a support group....even if it's just the two of us for a while. Today {3/12/10} is my start date & I have a ways to go so I'm thinking we're in the same boat as far as being newbies.. Smiles,. Liluma.. |
I think weight issues are something that are ageless. It doesn't matter what age you are, you can be overweight and go through the same feelings and emotions!..
Hi,.
I'm brand new to this - on day 2! I'm still trying to figure out this whole mymedifast online thing, so please bare with me. I want to get connected with friends, discussions, groups.. I like your idea. Count me in!.. |

I'm about half way through my 3rd week and have lost 11.8 pounds so far! I'd love to join this group and get some extra support... |

Hey, I'm 24 with 100+ pounds to lose. I would love to join your group. Together we can do this..
Where is everyone from? How has the plan been for you so far? Likes - dislikes?..
Hi everyone! I'm so glad to "see" all of you that I can relate with!.
I'm from Minnesota.. So far the plans been pretty good. I really like it because it's so simple. The only thing that I struggle with is not having that glass of wine with friends every once and a while. Other then that it's great.. Do you guys think we should come up with a group name??.. |
Hi Everyone! SoonToBeSkinnySarah you're right, we need a name, although right now, I can't think of anything, LOL! I am from Virginia, married with 3 kids.
I have tried medifast before, but never lasted longer than 2 weeks. This plan does work, and my first goal is to be on it for at least 30 days! I love the simplicity of it-very easy to grab and go as well. My fave foods are the bars-esp. choc. mint, also choc. pudding, cinn. pretzels, and the brownies-yum! The biggest challenge of being on Medifast-trying to deal with my addiction to food-This is my 5th day, and I feel like a crack addict, looking for a fix. I really look forward to using these boards as support-great people here! Have a great OP day.. |
Hey Everyone!! 21 Here, looking to lose 100+ I started MF'ing on February 3rd, and it only gets easier!! Hopefully we will have a lot of support in here!!.
If anyone wants to chat, or needs to vent feel free to post, send me a pm, or Instant message me on AIM = RyanRieb423. Good Luck Everyone!!.. |
WOW!! You have lost 30 lbs since Feb 3rd??? Thats AMAZING!!.
I am from Florida. I am doing really well on the program and lost 14 lbs so far. Sometimes, even though I have done pretty well so far I look at how much further I need to go and get overwhelmed. But I really want this to work this time. I want to feel hot and wear shorts this summer! I have found the plan really easy so far and am trying to keep it really simple without too many tweaks. The only thing I don't really like is the oatmeal - but I don't really like oatmeal in general. Good luck everyone, I hope you are enjoying your weekend!.. |
Hi everyone! My name is Amber and I am from Tennessee. I am 23 and I have 180 pounds to lose. This sounds like an awesome group that I could definitely relate to. I have been on Medifast for 5 days and so far, I really love it. It is so easy and convenient. I am currently student teaching right now so I need all the free time I can get and Medifast makes that possible.
I will keep thinking on it!. I hope we can get this started!. I look forward to getting to know you all!.. |
Hey gals and guy(s?)! I'm turning 25 this week and have 100 - 120 to lose - we'll see how I feel once I get into that range before I determine a final goal..
Someone asked what we like/dislike. My favorites so far are:. - Crunch bars! Especially S'mores, Chocolate Mint, and Oatmeal Raisi. - Hot Cocoa. - Parmesan Puffs. - Peach Oatmeal (apparently everyone else in the world hates this though, LOL - I like it!). The things I've haven't liked too much so far are:. - Honey Mustard Pretzels. - Brownie. I'm hoping those will grow on me. I can eat them, I just don't like them much. Helps me get my water down!. It would be great if we started an ongoing thread in the Clubhouse... |
Hey everyone, My name is Kelly and I am 24 and I currently live in Arizona. I have been on the program now for about 2 weeks and so far it has been going good. I have a long way to go but seeing the weight come off pretty quickly sure does help. I love that we are starting this group. Can we make an official page or somewhere where we can go and keep in contact? Does anyone know how to do this or if it is possible. How as everyone's weekend? Do you have rewards set up for when you reach certain goals?..
I kinda think we should stay where we are. The clubhouse seems to get so crowded. This way we probably won't have to search for our thread every day. Whatever every one else wants to do is great with me though!.
Well once we come up with a name for ourselves, we can just start a daily/weekly/monthly thread (depending on how active we get) under our name and just keep in contact on here.. Let's start getting creative and think of a name!.. |
Good morning fellow 20 somethings! I hope everyone had a great OP weekend-Monday came to soon for me, LOL. Today is day 6 on the plan, and the hunger is pretty much gone, but sad to say, the food obsessions aren't. This is definitely something I have to work on, but from what I hear it gets easier as time goes by..
Nothing else to exciting going on. Waiting for my official weigh in on Wednesday. (so far 12 pounds down-can't help it, got the daily weighing bug!). Have a great OP day.. |
Hi- almost finished with week 3 and I have to say today has been the first really rough day I've had. I've been starving all day and even dreamed about food all night last night. When I woke up this morning I really had to think about if I had cheated or not.
Luckily I have no food that would sabotage me so that helps!. I'm from Texas but currently live in Germany. In my day to day life this program works very well but I'm really going to have to see how it goes when I travel. I'm heading to France for the weekend and have a big trip to Rome coming up soon in April. The wine in Rome will definitely be calling my name!.. |
Good evening, everyone! I am at the end of Day 5 and I am still going strong. I know it isn't recommended that I exercise, but I just feel good and I want to move! I walked 3 miles today! I am looking forward to my L&G tomorrow; turkey burgers and sauteed mushrooms and steamed broccoli. Yum yum! I have been ready for a different L&G! I have had grilled chicken salads for the past 6 days. They were easy, but they get old fast! I also got some Boca Burgers tonight. I'm not vegetarian, but I like the Boca Burgers (and they are easy!)..
I will be getting my new scale in tomorrow and it will weigh me! My current scale only weighs up to 330lbs so I am ready to see if I have lost any or if I have more to lose than I thought. I know my motivation will be pumped up when I can actually see how much I weigh and watch it go down, down, down!. I hope that everyone has an awesome OP Tuesday! Best of luck!. Amber.. |
Hello everyone!!!! I'm 27 and I have 130 pounds to lose. Started Feb. 28 so far I've lost almost 14lbs in the 2 weeks I've been on the program. I've been OP except for the first the week where I wasn't drinking all of my water now I'm drinking 20 glasses a day..
I live in Michigan. I LVE the Chocolate Mint Bars, Peanut Butter Bars, and the Caramel Bars. I REALLY Dislike the Honey Mustard Pretzels. I ordered 2 boxes thinking they might be delish, but oh my goodness they were just so BLAHHH!!!! to me. So I spent my whole 1st week eating 2 bags a day to get them out of my inventory so I'd never had to taste them again. Every time I ate a bag I'd spend the whole time making faces which kept my son rolling, at least someone got some satisfaction.. I look forward to getting to know more about everyone and can't wait for us to start having weigh ins... |
Hi and welcome try the cinnamom pretzels...they are great when you need to crunch ..n boy r they crunchy !! Good Luck on your journey Kate..
Thank you Kate for the welcome.
And the suggestion. I plan on ordering a box of the Cinnamon Pretzels and a box of the Parmesan Cheese Puffs, I hope I like them better.. |
Hi my name is Jess! I am 23 and I have been on medifast for 4 weeks / 1 month today! |
Hi everyone.
I'm 25, almost 26, and I've got about 116 lbs to lose.. I live in Cali and the Medifast foods I like the best are the cheese puffs.. I'm looking forward to chatting with everyone!!!!.. |
Good Morning ladies!.
Just wanted to report my first weigh in- I lost 12.8 pounds. I was shooting for 15, but 12.8 works just too! On to week #2!. Have a great OP day!. Jessica.. |
Welcome to everyone and good luck on MF. I am in my 6th week and have lost 20.5 lbs. Although I am 34 most of my activities from my 20's helped me get to where I am. I had a great time, but forgot how to live healthfully. I am targeting a total of 110 lbs for now, but we will see when I get there..
I would love to participate in your group- if you can forgive the age. !.. |
Hi there, I'm 23 with over 100lbs to lose. I just started Monday and I'm so excited! I've been using that word a lot lately, "excited!" Exclamation point and all. But it's true. Looking forward to chatting with you all. =)..
I started at your weight 2 weeks ago. I am down 16 lbs. already. Now, I know I will plateau but what a moral booster. Still experimenting with the foods and getting to know MF. I will you well and it is exciting. Be sure to measure yourseld so when there no loss on the scale the measurements will tell the picture...
Everyone is doing great!.
Ugh I woke up with the WORST cramps! I wish I could call in to work today but my boss is out so I kinda have to run the show. That sucks. Bleh!.. |
G8rchick, I hope you feel better soon. Welcome to all the new posters-we can do this together!.
Just 2 more days until the beautiful weekend here, 70's and sunny. Do have a b-day party to go to with the kids, but I am oddly calm and not worried about it. It's from 3-5, so I really don't have to eat, and just say no!. Have a great OP day!. Jessica.. |
Jessica - Congrats!!!! Those are great numbers and a wonderful motivator.
G8rchick - Ouch. I hope you feel better soon... |
I'm 23, and have 100 to lose...I'm hoping to find some motivation in here because I retained water (I hope) and "gained" 2 pounds back. I didn't cheat and this is my week 3...which I hear is notorious for letting you down when you see the numbers!.
I'm starting to do wii fit, the biggest loser one, I love it, and I can't wait to get home from work and do some more lunges and squats! I didn't know it would make my butt hurt on the side...didn't know there was a muscle there!.. |
Guys, I lost 100 pounds on Medifast Diet/Journey....and if I can do this, you can do this!.
Take care and I wish you all the most and best success..... I Havent Arrived Exactly Where I Want To Be, But By The Grace of God Im Not Where I Once Was.. |
KatBrown - I love the Biggest Loser Wii game. Also the Jillian Michaels Fitness Ultimatum 2010..
Jojo1 - that's wonderful.. |
Hi there! Im 26 and I have over 200lbs to loose. Count me in, id love to have new friends my age that can relate to what I am going through/feeling. I started medifast March 3rd, 2010 and so far I have lost 17lbs. Im def with you!..
Hey guys! I had my third weigh in today and down 3 more pounds. I am so impatient and wish it could be 10 every week but I need to be happy with an loss..
As far as Wii exercise programs, I thought Wii Active was the best I tried an I think I tried them all. Have you guys done that one?.. |
Just weighed after one week and am down almost 8lbs. Im super excited but wondering if I should expect to lose some teeny tiny amount in the next week? Happy weekend all!..
Hey everybody!.
My name is Nora and I am starting Medifast today! So excited. I am 25 and have 100+lbs to lose. I am really thrilled to have the opportunity to connect to other young people like myself who are going to get the weight off once and for all!.. |
Hey all,.
Hang in there, it's a long journey. I only have 90 to lose total... but my goal is 160, though I suspect I will go below that... we'll see when I get there. I've so far lost almost 60 lbs, only 30 to go... it takes some time, but I took it in small steps and one day it was like "oh my gosh I'm half way there!" or "oh my gosh I have lost 50 lbs" very encouraging! The boards really help, find a good support group! Stay tough!.. |
You can always expect to drop fast right away. According to my doctor, he said a normal weekly weight loss is 1 to 3 lbs, and note you'll probubly hit some platues in there too, don't get discouraged....
When I'm on my game I'm averaging 2+ lbs... |
Has anyone thought of a good name for us yet? I just can't think of anything clever. My brain must be exhausted. It needs to be fabulous because.
We. Are fabulous! Hope everyone is having a wonderful weekend! I am heading out for a walk later; it is a beautiful day!.. |
Well tomorrow, or rather today (Sunday) is my 7th day. I weigh in on Monday. I'm kind of anxious and excited. More excited though!.
All of you guys talking about Wiis make me want one even more. =(.. |
Hi everyone!.
Tvanorman-good luck on your first weigh in, can't weight to hear your results! Hi to all of the newcomers! This weekend has been really great, lots of kids soccer, birthday party, and a pro soccer game too. I have come to a realization-you don't have to eat your way through those kinds of things to have a good time. I planned ahead, and didn't eat at any event yesterday, and you know what? I didn't have any less fun. Not saying that I am cured, by any means, but Medifast is a journey, and we can learn at all points on that road.. Good luck to all in the next week, and have a great OP day.. |
Nursgirl! Thats awesome! Great job advoiding all the temptations!.
Tvanorman - You'l do great!. Cb123 - you can see what I lost each week below my post. The first week is the biggest drop but as long as it keeps moving downward I am gonna be happy about it!. I need to start exercising but I still have an injury that makes my leg hurt so I can't.. I am going to the doctor Wed. tho so hopefully they can help. My offical weigh in was Friday but since then (I weigh every day) I have dropped another 1.5 lbs! Yay! I felt like I cheated yesterday because I tried a bunch of things I hadn't had before. I had chili cheese puffs and a brownie, drank some diet soda and had steak for dinner. All of this were things I hadn't had before and for some reason I felt like I was cheating but I still lost! Yay!. KUTGW everyone!!!. Hmm as far as a name.... 20's going on fabulous?. 20's to 10's?. Anyone have any more?.. |
Congrats to everyone and their amazing losses! You are right, G8rchick, as long as it is going down, it's all good!.
My weigh-in day is on Tuesday so I am anxiously awaiting! I decided to put the scale out of my sight because I can't use it responsibly. I will weigh on Tuesday mornings, and that's it.. I am having some Jennie-O turkey burgers tonight with some steamed broccoli and some raw cucumbers. I am trying to get out of the rut of having the same thing for my L&G everyday. When I first began MF, I had a grilled chicken salad for 6 days straight. Ugh! I found a recipe for stuffed bell peppers on the board so those are definitely on my list as something to try next week!. Anyone else have a favorite L&G meals? I am most certainly open to some new ideas!. Have a wonderful Sunday!.. |
I'm not a good one to ask about l&g because I am very guilty of eating the same thing over and over. I have basically had the same dinner almost every night for 3 weeks. Shrimp sauteed in garlic and olive oil over green beans. It's delicious though and I still really enjoy it. I did, however, have a piece of steak with cauliflower last night and that was yummy...
I'm a vegetarian, so no shrimp, steak, or chicken for me! I tried something new last night, Boca Original Vegan burger. Didn't love it, probably won't buy it again. But I love the Boca All American Flame Grilled burger, so yummy! I also made a taco salad the other night using meatless crumbles, turned out really good! I'm going to have that again tonight..
Any other vegetarians on this thread?.. |
Hey everyone!!.
I'm 25 and I have 102 pounds to lose! I'd love to join a supportive group.. Tara.. |
Tasi, I love the Boca All American Flame Grilled burgers too! I like to saut mushrooms and throw them on top and then have a side salad. So yum!.
Welcome to the group, Tara! It's nice to meet you!.. |
Sorry for the caps lock, but.... I LOST 13 WHOLE POUNDS!!! WOOHOO!!!!..
Caps lock are absolutely acceptable when you do something that AWESOME! Way to go!.
I am so happy for you!.. |
Tvanorman, CONGRATS ON YOUR GREAT LOSS!!!.
I had a NSV today. Birthday party for coworker- and the biggest most delish cake sitting right at the top of our work area. It was vanilla with that custardy/whipped middle layer....YUM, but I walked right by it! I did stop to stare for a sec, and realized it is just so not worth it. There will plenty more birthday cakes after medifast-and then only a small sliver.. Hope you all are having a great week-I can't for Weds. my second WI!. Jessica.. |
Hi Ya!.
Am I the first guy here? lol I've started my first order and I am getting ready to make drastic changes to keep up with this diet. Perhaps I might have a one last Fling with an Italian pastry before I start.. I am totally new to this so much I have to buy one of those fancy scales this weekend to do the famous "Weigh-In". well that's it for now. Hope too talk to others just like me.. P.S. Anyone watch the Kristie Alley show Big Life?.. |
Hi ellisito! Welcome! I think you are the first guy so it's nice to see you. Medifast works great and men usually lose super fast so good luck! I have not seen her show, is it good?..
Hi, I'm Rachel and I'd love to be a part of this group. I have over 100 pounds to lose! *gulp*.
Tvanorman, I am also a vegetarian... it's hard to find a lean and green meal to eat for me. Do you have the same problem?. Ellisito... Heck yes I watched Kirstie Alley's show! Haha. She's so crazy! What did you think of it?.. |
Welcome ellisito and rachel!.
Just weighed for week 2-down 3.8 pounds! Total of 16.6! I am shooting for a NSV right now-being OP for one month. I have started Medifast many times, but always quit right about now. So the next 2 weeks is a challenge for me. After that, hopefully smooth sailing!. Have a great OP day.. |
Rachel - Not.
Too. Difficult. I'm in love with Boca All American Flame Grilled burgers. Very yummy!. I'll send you a message with some meal ideas. =).. |
Hi everyone! My name is Grace and I am 23. I am hoping to lose a little more than 100lbs. I just started Medifast on Monday 3/22, so I haven't had my first official weigh-in yet. Hoping for big results! I would love to be part of this group!..
Hi Rachel and Jaydee!.
I had my 1 month weigh in today and I am down 2.6 for this week. I was hoping for a little more but at least it's a loss. I and going to a party tomorrow night and am thinking about having a sf red bull and vodka. I haven't had a drink in the month I've been op and I might try just one to see how much it might derail me..... |
Hello EVERYBODY!.
I'd love if everyone could add me as a friend... I just started and am looking for friends and people to chat with. I'd love to learn new things from everybody! Anyways, I lost 11 pounds the first two weeks but since then I haven't lost anything! I've just been maintaining at the weight I'm at. I've gone up and down at 253. It's really has me upset! I've been looking all over the message boards and I read somewhere it's about the carbs... no, it's about not eating the bars... No, only drink the shakes... it's all so confusing since I'm somewhat new. I'd love to know what specifically is working for you guys so I can follow in your footsteps because obviously I'm off track!. Whew! That was a buttload... thanks if you read it... |
Hi RachelJuliann12,.
I have only been on the program for 17 days, but I have lost 19 pounds (checked this morning!) My day is pretty simple-all 5 Medifast meals, making sure I have at least 1 shake a day, but other that that it's mix and match. My lean and green is basic, usually grilled chicken salad, or chicken with steamed broccoli, etc..I make sure I get in my fat (if the day calls for it), and I drink 128 oz of H2O every day. No exercise yet, but I think I will start with only 20 minutes of walking. My daily cals are about 900, and carbs are b/t 75-80. I don't know if this helps, but so far it has worked for me. Good luck!. Jessica.. |
Rachel, list for us exactly what you have been eating and that might help. How much water are you getting in? My loss has slowed down but I'm still losing. Some people go through a stall the third or forth week then start dropping pounds again...
I'm with those who say weightloss struggles are ageless... although it is nice to meet you girlies my age... :-) today is day 5. I'm resisting the scale so Wed will be like Christmas AM...
Just wanted to pop in and say hi to all of my favorite 20 somethings,.
! Everything is going well for me, it's weird that I am actually looking forward to wednesday weigh ins! People who have been here for a while are right-it does get easier the longer you stick with it. Right now, I can't even imagine eating anything not OP (let's hope the feeling lasts, lol).. I hope everyone is having a great OP day!!!. Jessica.. |
I can't believe I just saw this group! I'm 26 and have already lost 110lbs on MF..
A couple things I have learned:. 1. Weight loss is a journey. There will be weeks of little or no weight loss (or even a small gain). This does not mean you are doing anything wrong, it's just part of the process.. 2. Take your before pictures and measurements. No one has to see them but you, but on the weeks of little or no weight loss (see above), looking at pictures and your inches lost to see your progress REALLY helps.. 3. Follow the 5-1 as it's written. We didn't end up at our start weights because we knew how to eat properly. Medifast was created by super smart doctors and has been around for 30 years.. I'm not special, if I can lose weight on MF, anyone can!!.. |
I'm 24 and just started last week (March 28). I wamt to lose at least 160 pounds. I've lost 11.4 so far, so I'm feeling pretty good about myself! I'd love to be part of this group!..
Welcome guys! How is everyone doing? I just hit the 20 lbs lost so I am happy! My anniversary is this weekend and hubby wants to go out to dinner. I will try to be good! I hope everyone is doing well!..
Hello everyone! It's great to see some action in this group! I am eagerly awaiting Easter so that I can say NO! to all of those temptations. I find it so empowering to use my self-control and decide to give my body the happiness that it deserves. I hope everyone has a wonderful OP weekend!..
Hi everyone! Welcome to our new members, GR8Chick-congrats on your anniversary, just remember, steakhouses are always a good choice.
Ambycakes you are rocking the program, girl. I'm with you, easter is not bothering me this year. Bought the kids all prewrapped individual candy stuff-a little more expensive, but no open bags of m&m's or reeses cups hanging around.. Good luck to everyone this busy weekend-look forward to hearing how it went Monday.. Have a great OP weekend. Jessica.. |
Thanks Nursgirl! So are you guys having any specific struggles or any NSV?? I ate out at a resturant for the first time and still did great so that made me happy. I went to Chili's and had the guiltless chicken platter with just the chicken breast and broccoli. My boss's boss took me there for lunch so I ate half then and the other half for dinner and it worked out perfectly! I did have two sf red bull and vodkas last saturday. That was my first time being not 100% OP. I still had a good loss this week but it freaked me out a bit and I am difinitely not making a habit of it. MAYBE once a month if even that.....
Hello All! I'm 28 and recently had my first child in august and am despertaly trying to get at least 100 lbs off! Starting my medifast today!! Doing ok so far. Any tips or secrets on an average day in your eating! Good luck to all!!..
My name is Danielle and I am 23 and starting Medifast tomorrow! This group is exactly what I need. Looking forward to being a part of this group!..
My name is also Sarah, I also have 100 lbs to lose, and I am also 26! I have just started the program and am trying to find friends on MyMedifast so we can support and encourage each other! I'm so excited to have found this thread..
Welcome maglite81, Danielle, and Sarah! It is nice to meet you all!.
How do you like the program so far? Does it seem like something that you will be able to succeed with? If you follow it just as it is written, you will lose! Stay in contact with other MF'ers. It really does help to gain inspiration from one another!. We look forward to getting to know you! Have a great Tuesday everyone!.. |
Hi to all the newbies.
Welcome to the group! Well tomorrow is my month 1 weigh in- I am hoping to be down 25 pounds, and it was 23.2 as of this morning, so we'll see. More importantly though, was staying OP for 4 weeks. That was one of the big original goals that I had, because I have started Medifast many times in the past and usually stop after 2-3 weeks. So now the next goal is to be OP until June 8, and be down 50 pounds at that time. The significance?? My 30th birthday! I just want to go into my 30's living my life to the fullest and not to have any regrets (like missing my 20's).. Hope everyone has a great OP day. Jessica.. |
I would like to lose 100lbs, I put 85 as my goal, I think I am afraid to wish so high...seems unattainable. But as I lose, I will adjust it. How is it going so far?.
Tani.. |
When I first started, I thought that losing over 100lbs would be impossible. But then I read on someone's page- "I don't have to lose 100lbs, just 10lbs, 10 times." As silly as it is, it REALLY helped it seem not so daunting...
I am not in my 20's though, I am a few years removed from my 20's. I surely wish I did this then...
Thank you, that actually makes it 100% better for me! I will focus on it 10 lbs at a time...
Hi everybody!.
I'm a fairly new member - I just got my food this past Friday, and started the day after that... so three days OP so far, and counting!. Anyway, I'm 23 with 100 pounds to lose, and ready to go for it - I've been big my whole life and I'm SO ready to fit into a size eight! (Or even... dare I say it... a SIX?!) I'm a classical musician living in SoCal (just moved here from Maine), and so far I'm having a great time - but I get the feeling I'd have an even better time if I didn't feel self-conscious in a bathing suit so I could take advantage of all the great beaches!. Well, that's me in a nutshell. I'm SO excited to get in touch with all of you and follow your progress.. Also, possible slogan for us (although I have to admit I've only read about half of this thread so maybe there's already an official name):. 20-Somethings: Taking Back Our Youth!. Just an idea. All right, y'all - have fun! Can't wait to meet you guys!. Cheers,. Meredith.. |

I like it Meredith! Now we just need to make a banner...hopefully someone who is computer savvy can do that, lol!..

I'm down 106 in 9 months and I will be 45 at the end of April. You absolutely can do whatever you set your mind to. Stick with it!!!.
I'm wishing you well on your journey.... Peace,. Kat.. |

Hi everyone! I went a little off plan by going out to a really nice steak house for anniversary last night. I know I stayed low-carb but my calories were probably high for the day. I just got a new order and got some items I haven't tried yet so thats exciting!..

Hi everyone,.
Gr8rchick-glad you had a great time on your anniversary, they only come around once a year, lol!. Ambycakes, you are doing awesome! Your total is amazing. You can tell in your new pic for sure. Welcome to the newbies. As you can see this is a great plan.. As for me, I reached my NSV of being OP for 1 month-100%. Have never gotten this far on MF, so I am tickled to death. The 24.6 pounds gone doesn't hurt either!!.. |
Nursgril - what an AMAZING NSV!! I am so in awe that you were able to do that - congratulations! (And congrats on the weight loss, too!).
Amber, Merzzie (doats, hehe) - So glad you like the name! Unfortunately I have NO idea how to make banners, so I'll have to leave it up to someone else to take charge of that one :-D. G8rchick - let me know how those new items are! I've yet to try everything myself.. Xo. Meredith.. |

Had an awesome 1st week weigh in I lost 10.6, and I think I might try the s'more bars they sound pretty good! I told my size 6 sister and she said just think how much more you would have lost if you were walking (grrrrrrrr I wish she just would've congratulated me). Does anyone else have this problem?? My mom, dad, and mother-in-law do it too and I try to ignore it but it really does make me MAD!..
