I would like to know the answer too. Anyone here know what is the answer. I'll do some poking around and get back to you if I find an useful answer. You should email the people at Nutrisystem as they probably can answer it..

I like mine light and sweet too. Splenda should be fine. I'm a saccharin kind of guy myself. FWIW, Sweet Nancy fixes me a large latte (2 dbl shots espresso) every morning with 8 oz of skim milk in it and later in the day, I have a coffee here at work with a dash of half&half. I count these dairies as one protein for the day and skimp on my evening fat to compensate for the half and half. If you make it part of your plan, it's ok..

One or two cups of coffee a day are actually good for you. So have at it !.
The artificial sweeteners like Splenda and Nutrisweet are fine if you don't use them very much and keep your hydration level up... |

I wouldn't be able to survive on this diet (or in life!) without my 2 or 3 cups of java first thing in the morning!.
Splenda is fine, and you might want to look into the flavored coffees; I'm currently addicted to the New England Coffee Company's "Chocolate Cappuccino". Add a little Splenda and it's a guilt-free pleasure! (and it's on sale this week at Shop Rite for 2.99 a package).. |

Me too! Starbuck's French Roast, hot & black. Get's me going. Never gave it up during NS...

My Tassimo makes a nice expresso (good enough for government work), and I add 6 oz. of FF milk heated in the microwave. Then I put a Laughing Cow Lite wedge on my morning toast. That's my dairy/protein for Breakfast...

Splenda makes packets that have a gram of fiber per packet. Toss one of those in your coffee, pound a couple BBGGs and kiss your worries goodbye!..

I use about 6 packets of splenda a day....I love the taste and have had no problems...
