Good question... I dunno what is the answer to that question. I'll do some poking around and get back to you if I got an decent answer. You should email the people at Nutrisystem as they probably could help you..

If you look around, there are a lot of guys who have lost more than or close to 100 pounds in a year. So based on that and if you stick to the plan, 8 months to a year would be an accurate time frame...

I started back on April 15, 2008 and I weighed 342 pounds. I'm 45 years old, 6'1" and medium build. It took me until October 1, 2008 to reach 249 pounds. Approximately 24 weeks on NS. I've now been on Nutrisystem for 51 weeks and I have lost a total of 133 pounds, I weigh 209 as of this morning, and I haven't felt this good since I was 19. Of course "results aren't typical", I didn't cheat and I stuck to the plan.
Until just recently (the last 3 weeks or so) I started lifting weights, push ups, sit ups etc. I finally have the energy to do such exercises and actually feel good after a work out. Something I never thought I'd feel, EVER!!!. Stick to it, you can do it. If I can do it, you can too... |

I think 8-10 is accurate if you are going to take Saturdays off. Saturdays of? What's up with that? Do the plan and you can probably cut several weeks to a month off of that. Don't mess with the plan...

It really depends on how well you follow the plan. 100 pounds is doable in 8 months...but you have got to string 25+ days at 100% each month. Days with alcohol...don't count, you won't drop anything even if you are 100% with everything else and days off need to be in control, not binges. Check out the tickers for others....we all have our own unique stories. Best of luck...

There is a plan with "weekend off". He may be following that...

And another thing. What's up with a goal of 250? How did you come up with that figure?..
