First off, I just started the Medifast Diet? Thanks in advance for any comment. Another question... This morning I weighed in at 149. I haven't been in the 140's since before my daughter was born in 1985. I'm so excited and happy about this I want to shout it from the rooftops!. |

Hmm... I need to find out myself. I don't know what is the answer to that question. I'll do some research in Google and get back to you if I got an decent answer. You should email the people at Medifast as they probably could assist you..
