Got a question, hope someone can answer... I need some Medifast Diet help please!? Looking forward for any comment. Another quick question... Hi everyone,.

Just wanted to share that I have officially made it to the 6 month mark on Medifast as of today! Of course I had to weigh myself, and I have lost 107 pounds in that time frame.

I just want to say thanks to this community for all the support throughout the last few months, and here's to the next 6!..
