My 1st question is: Is the Medifast Diet suitable for a 15 year old which type 1 diabetes? Thanks in advance for any response. My other question... Just wanted to shout out the fact that in 9 months I have lost 142 lbs, and I am so thrilled to only have 99 more to go!! It was so hard to be motivated to lose 240 pounds, but now it finally seems that my goal is obtainable. What can I say, other than I LOVE MF!.. |

You betcha! although you might want to make sure and wait for someone else to confirm it as I am on the fence. Better yet, why don't you email the Medifast guys because they can give you an answer better...

I know it's a pound at a time and every pound counts, but for us folks looking at losing several hundred pounds there's something SO exciting about finally cracking that last hundred mark!!
