My 1st question is: Is this a good vegetarian Nutrisystem diet? Thanks in advance for any answer or 2. My 2nd question... Just finished this week with the first shipment of Nutrisystem food. Couldn't be happier. I feel awesome and people at work have really started to notice. Best of all, I don't feel like I am missing anything. |

Yep, however you might wanna make sure and wait for someone else here to confirm this as I am not confident. Better yet, why don't you email the Nutrisystem guys because they can assist you better...

Beginning my program tomorrow at the exact same starting point (270). If I can get close to your first month's results, I'll be thrilled...
Outstanding weight loss...Keep up the pace..
I am very jealous of the rate you are losing. Clark.. |
Those are great results. The routine you setup for yourself is really working, keep with it...
Congratulations Exfootball61! It looks like you have inspired a few along the way. Good luck to TheTownHalo. Let us know how you are doing...
You've done fantastic after only one month. Keep up the great work. Dont lose it all so fast that you dont learn how and what to eat after you reach your goal in order to maintain. That took me a few months to figure out...
Congratulations on your excellent results, exfootball61..
All the best !!.. |
Thanks, and I certainly will. My future wife and I are both on the plan (she's on the vegetarian plan, trying to lose much less than me). Today's our first day and we found the food to be pretty good..
Glad to see this degree of community and support here (and I'm drinking the water, don't worry!)... |
He either doesn't have one, or he has it set for private..
BTW great job ExFootball61.. |
ExFootball-.
What the heck are you doing to get those kinds of results? They are off the charts phenomenal!!! Please, please share it with us... |
I follow the plan 100%. I have had 4 non-NS meals since I started, but used the guide to eat appropriately. definitely starting to slow down a little in the loss, but it is still going. I play ice hockey 1-2 times a week and drink a crapload of water. I usually have to go to the bathroom 2-3 times at night!..
I wasn't. I think that is also why I have been able to drop a good deal quickly. I have never really drank more than 1-2 glasses of wine a week or 1-2 beers a week (except in college!). like the taste, just don't crave it...
Thanks for the info. However, I also have followed the plan 100% and have not gone off at all, except maybe an ounce of sunflower seeds over the suggested limit a few times. Heck, I did not even cheat on Thanksgiving, yet I am nowhere close to your results. I am with you on the peeing at night part, which is new to me. Maybe I should take up Hockey!!??..
Do the words "results not typical" ring a bell? we're all different and lose at different rates. Stick to the plan and be happy with your results. Maybe talk Nutrisystem to see if they have any suggestions...
Stick with it! I reached my 50% goal today. All you have to do is stay on the diet and be mindful of substitutions over the holidays just like you did over Thanksgiving!.
PS: I'm not HUNGRY on this diet!.. |
Thanks guys! I am/have stuck to the program 100% and am doing pretty good so far. 45 lbs gone as of today and this begins week #10, so no real big complaints. I was just trying to see if he had some secret weapon that he could share. My goal is to get 100lbs off in 5 months as some of you have done. I am starting at 344 and 6'2", so I believe that it is an aggressive first goal-but doable. Then another 25-30lbs off by mid May for my big 52nd birthday. I appreciate all that you guys put out there-it really is an inspiration to those of us that are too timid to get out there and spar with you...

Hi, my name is.
Silver. And I finished my first box. 2 days ago.. I can't believe it, but not once, since I started, have I had. Hunger pangs as I have always had on other diets...so I'm. Really enjoying this Nutrisystem diet.. The food is good, if not great compared with past diet. Foods I've tried, and is very filling. I'm very happy with. What's the whole set up and especially what is happening. To my body.. I've lost 13 lbs in the first 36 days, which I wish had been. More, but more importantly I have lost lots of inches and. My clothes, especially the pants, are too big now and I'm. Walking all over the cuffs.. I've lost the following: sorry, can't help but broadcast it!. (chest=3", waist=4", hips=2-1/2", thighs=3", neck=2"). Now I have to get me one of those fancy weight tickers.... |
Great job silver..
Keep up the great work and stick to it to goal.. As you can see from my ticker, things may slow. Down but they usually won't completely stop unless. YOU stop.. Keep posting here too. The guys here will kick you in. The a$$ if you need it and every once in a while you'll. Get a hug from NYCTFL or Damon. lol.. |
Hugs?!?!.
Do you really want a hug?. Okay, here's your hug..... |
Damon, I find that last photo offensive. If someone is going to have their photo taken while they are naked and embracing another man from behind while wearing nothing but a leopard print blanket, they should at least have the decency to put some lotion on their elbows...
Damon, Those photos made me lose my appetite....
Keep 'em coming!.. |
Thanks,.
Mtywarrior. ..... I'm trying......but I think I've hit one of those "slow. Downs" already....I seem stuck at the 197lbs, since. I lost the original 13lbs.....but, I'm still losing inches. Which I think is really exciting.. I've been wearing pants with a waist size of 44" to 46",. But today I tried on an old pair of size 40" jeans and. They were way too big for me..... Maybe they are just. Old and stretched, but I really think I could fit into a size. 38." I hope this is a indication of my future..... |
