Yes sir! but you might wanna make sure and wait for another person here to confirm it as I am on the fence. Better yet, why don't you contact the Medifast guys because they can give you an answer better...

The bars are my first go to...I really like to oatmeal one. It's funny the things I like the most are the things I wouldn't normally choose. The brownie I think is in 1st place so far though.
I just placed a 2nd order and can't wait till it gets here so I can try to carmel bars. What about you? What's your fave?.. |

11 lbs in 2 weeks?? Thank you! This post helped me make it through the night. I'm in a play right now and we have been at the theatre all day, which means everyone brought in food and we ate dinner here. There were bags of chips, cookies, cakes, pasta, Nutter Butter bars (my fav!) and tons of other stuff. This is only my second day and SO many times I thought "Oh forget it, I'll start Medifast next week when the play is done!" but I didn't cave! I brought my L&G to eat when everyone else ate their junk and I stayed 100% OP. Woo hoo! I even got all of my water in, which made it even worse because every trip to the bathroom took me right past the giant table of food. All.
Long. Unfortunately the whole week will be like this, especially with cast parties, but I want this too badly! I chose to start yesterday because I knew that if I could make it through this week, I could make it through anything.. Thanks again for the inspiration!!!.. |

Amazing isn't it!! I'm still hopping on the scale a couple times a day just because I can't believe it! It get's easier each day, at least for me. I started the day before Valentines day! That was a tough day. No chocolate made it through my lips though.
I actually made choc chip cookies for my kids today and I didn't even think of eating one or a bite. They sure smelled good though!! I've had a few moments...just Friday I thought to myself...how can I do this for 2 or 3 months when I'm not even done with 2 weeks!! The next morning I was fine! I discovered it helps me if I have something I really like for L&G. So I'm really planning those better! Just think....everyday on Medifast is one day closer to where you want to be. I love the quote, I may not be where I want to be, but at least I'm not where I was... |

Great start!!!! I'm plugging along. TOM came for a visit and I think it's going to slow me down a bit. Trying to hang in there and know that next week will be better. I love the oatmeal toast too! I think my fav though is the chili mixed with rotel tomatoes. I'm a spice girl!..
