Got a quick question: Looking for customer reviews for The Medifast Diet Book 54646? Looking forward for any response. Another question... I wanted to do a side by side just for myself to see if the difference was noticeable and then couldn't believe my eyes. The pic in October was taken a week after I had a tonsillectomy and I remember feeling "thin" that day. I never in a million years would have thought that I could get to 149. Even better...woke up this morning and saw 148. |

Hmm... I need to find out myself. I don't know what is the answer to that question. I'll do some research and get back to you if I bump into an decent answer. You should email the people at Medifast as they probably could answer your Medifast question..

You look awesome! Your husband is going to freak! I am so inspired by you because I started at a slightly higher weight and my goal is to get to 140 lbs. I am on my way and pictures like this keep me going! You will get to your goal!!..

Awesome job and totally doable to get to goal by June! My husband deploys sometime in May so I will get to goal while he is gone. Have you sent pics or is it going to be a surprise?..

He has seen some pics but has no clue how low I actually am. The lowest he has ever seen me is 160. He has definitely not seen me so confident, which I know he will find more attractive then the actual weight loss..
Don't you love the 'sometime' part of deployments....my husband comes home 'sometime' in june...MILITARY! lol.. |
|
Thank you very much...this site has helped hold me to it for sure! You too will get there!!!!..

|
Thanks for sharing your pics!!!! You look great!!! Your husband is going to be very proud of your accomplishment. Enjoy your success...

Wow! Look at those collar bones!.
My husband leaves in a week and will be home on leave in November. For the longest time, I thought I had a full year to get into shape to surprise him; but with the leave, I now have a fire under my butt to get it done faster! lol!. One of the guys he works with came home from their last deployment and didn't recognize his wife. She'd lost a bunch of weight and he'd never seen her look like that.. I want to give my husband that gift. :-). Thank you for inspiring me to knock this out!.. |

Sara you look beautiful! Your husband is going to love the change in your confidence..
Way to go!.. |
|
Congratulations!! You really do look more confident in your most current photo.
Wishing you continued success with the last 10 pounds. I'm sure your DH will be very supportive when he returns. (A thanks too for his service and your support of his service to our country.). Best wishes,. Bunting.. |

Sara, you brought tears to my eyes. What a wonderful gift....your new found confidence I mean, for your husband when he returns. The skinny mini is just an extra bonus! Lol. You look lovely and your post was a great inspiration..
Thank you for what your family and husband do for our country. We are going out tonight....I will buy a military family or couple dinner in your family's honor! (we see a lot of military locally and I must admit I love doing this every once in a while anyhoo...it's fun to see them look around the room and wonder who did it heh heh since we just tell the manager to say thanks for their service and not tell them we did it)... |
|
Igloochic that is an awesome thing to do! Not enough people show our enlisted men and women that they are appreciated!..
|
|
Congrats, my goal is close to yours now I have to catch up...lol Keep up the good work it feels wonderful to be thin !!!!..
|
|
Igloochick wow what a nice thing to do I wish I saw military families so I could do that. What I do sometimes is pay a toll for the person in back of me or pick up the bill for the drive in for the person behind It makes me feel good especially if they are young and I know struggling to make a start...

Isnt that a fun thing to do Kasaiz?.
Frankly I probably get more out of the experience then they do. I have a boy at home so I think about those who've sent their boys and girls off and it seems like a small thing to do and I get to smile at the same time. It's kind of a win win but I'm getting the easy part of the deal. I think of the OP who has not had her husband here for some time, and of course she has the worry of him on duty, where as I whine about my husband being gone off and on....you just have to hear a military family talk to know how good we have it.. So anyhoo....we did find a nice couple (it's so nice of them to wear uniform so we can figure them out LOL) and they were celebrating their anniversary so it was even more special for us. Thanks OP for reminding me to think outside of my box!.. |
