I just had to jump in early as I will be traveling next week on business and let you know I have lost the BIG 50!!!.

I am feeling awesome and am 1/3 off the way to my goal!!!.

Hi,.

I started on Jan 30,2011. As of this morning I have lost 53 LBS!! I am only 4 lbs away from being out of the 300's WOOHOO!!!!.

Also a NSV last week-while traveling I no longer need a seat belt extender and fit very comfortabley into the middle of 3 seats on a flight!!!.

YEAH!!..
