My question is Should I worry about low blood sugar on Medifast Diet? Many thanks for any answer. Another question I got... WELCOME to the Can Do Crew where TOGETHER we CAN DO IT! Whether you are a veteran or new to this healthy lifestyle you'll find encouragement, friendship, accountability, support and laughter. So jump in and join the happenings!. |

Good question... I dunno what is the answer. I'll do some research and get back to you if I find an good answer. You should email the people at Medifast as they probably know..

Here is a link to the new introduction thread, where we can introduce ourselves and get to know each other better, and newbies have a link to get to know us as well!!!.

Good morning Crew. I have not abandon ship, just went for a swim.....
Everything is so busy!! I am trying to adjust, but I have cut out the wrong things, so it is time to re-evaluate. So, to fix the first "wrong", I must rejoin my crew. When I am away from you, I am not being as accountable as I should be. So, I must make time for myself, which means coming here everyday, good or bad. I have plenty of excuses, but the bottom line is I have gained a few pounds and I can tell it in my clothes. I am also avoiding the scales. I really should be a daily weigher. I may do just that. I am going to hang a piece of paper/pen in the bathroom by the scales. Sometimes when I see things in black and white it makes them clearer. Just like seeing a photo of myself, I see something different in the mirror, but the photo is more truthful than my brain. SEND OUT THE POSSY AND RESCUE ME.. Jan, Happy belated Birthday!!! When was it? (mine is tomorrow) I will be careful how I celebrate. I spent the day yesterday preparing meals. I made oatmeal muffins, in a loaf pan. 2 loaves, that is 16 Medifast meals. I made Apple pie from zucchini and oatmeal, prepared grilled green beans, zuchinni and portabella mushrooms. Being prepared is a big deal to me.. Barb, I am still cleaning out my closet. I just keep wearing some things that are too big, especially my around the house clothes. The next thing that must go are my bras. I just hate to get rid of expensive bras, but really they gotta go.... Anyone need some 36/38C's? They were a 36, but probably stretched to a 38.. Courtney, Welcome back. Great job on maintaining.. Kitty, You are almost there!!! Sounds like you have an exciting trip planned. You can do it if you stay focused. Like Jan, I have been on vacation and lost weight. And of course the opposite has happened to. It just depends on your focus. I have typically used vacation as an excuse. Becasue I am going on vacation in 2 weeks and have not recovered from my last vacation when I went on a cruise in January. I used the special occasion to eat garbage.. Melissa, WOW, 10 miles. It takes me 30 minutes to do 2 miles and that is fast for me. Somedays I can't keep up with that. How's the dating sceen over there on the coast?. Christine, Sounds like you are having a blast. Sorry for you that your snow is melting. It is so wonderful to get those compliments about being skinny, but I understand how that can be confusing. I feel the same way. I want the number on the scale to be lower... yet everyone tells me that I don't need to lose anymore weight. Debbie, Diana, ~~~waving to you~~~ hope you are both doing well... |
I moved my post from this morning over to the new thread..
I have made it so far through this day 100% OP. Headed home soon and going to a t-ball game. Love the games, but usually miss the treadmill on nights that there is practice or a game... |
Hi Sherry! Glad to have you back in the fold. Are you writing everything down? I know that really helps me to be accountable. Every little thing that goes in my mouth. I bought this cute calendar with lots of space. Somehow looking at the whole week, with the exercise helps me. I've tried the on-line versions, but it isn't the same as seeing it.
I make it a habit of not putting anything in my mouth until I have written it down. Wow has that saved me!.. |
Happy Monday crew. I'm happy to report last week was:.
On plan 7/7. Water: 7/7. Exercise: 15 miles running, elliptical (about 30 minutes), step aerobics (40 minutes) and toning/scuplting. One day of rest!. If you had a chance to read my blog yesterday, I'm wondering if you want to share your ah-ha moment. I think it is a great way to keep it all in perspective. I know I pull that out and read it when I lose motivation. It was that very moment that I knew my life had to change!. Have a great day... |
Hi, Sherry! Please don't go MIA again 'cause we missed you!.
Kitty. Monday. OP: yes. Water: yes. Exercise: no.. |
Jan, I sent the link for the Portugal trip to your gmail..
Kitty.. |
Checking in.... being accountable.....
I made it through the day yesterday 100%. YAY!!. Yesterday's challenge: being at the ball field and getting home late.. How I handled: walked the perimeter of the park, had dinner ready to pop in the microwave when I got home. Advoided the concession stand.. Thankfully the 3 yr old that is normally on my hip and eating french fries, was not attached to me yeterday.. Thanks Kitty, I am glad to be back.. |
Bard, I used to write down everything and I needed it at the time, then I came the point that I only needed to write stuff down when I was NOT OP. If I was eating 5 Medifast meals, I didn't need to write that down. I will MOST DEFINITELY need to get a journal again when I get to transition...
Yea! I think I found the right thread! Below is what I posted on the intro thread, but am really looking forward to meeting all of you!.
Hello! My first day of Medifast was yesterday and after years of trying to do it on my own, I realize I need to participate in a group to keep me engaged. My name is Neena, I'm 47 (almost 48) and have about 106 lbs to lose. This time I've got to be good to myself and not tear myself up when I fail. This time I'm going to participate emotionally AND foodwise. Would love to be part of this group and have a check in point. Thank you all for being out there... |
And Thank you Sherri for pointing me in the right direction!..
Welcome Muse,.
This group is incredibly inspiring. Check in everyday to see what the Crew is doing and it will be easier to stay true to the program.. 2 more OP days this weekend and lots of water!!!! Great exercise outdoors. Bought an indoor trainer yesterday and set it up for my bike last night. Now I can ride my own bike while waiting for all the snow to melt. Might even watch a bit of TV while riding away.. Off I go to play with the doggies. Season screeching to an end oh so fast...... Christine.. |
Hi Neena. Welcome to the crew. Looks like your journey will be very similar to mine..
I hope you get through the first three days without too much trouble. When the going gets tough.....go to bed! That's what I did. If you have a headache, take something and go to bed.. Seriously, is you have any questions, ask away. I'm not as familiar with the new 5+1 guidelines, but I can probably help.. My lifesaving tip....besides drinking lots of water....is that you can split your lean and green. I did that almost every day when I was in 5+1. That gave me 7 little meals a day. Even on a 16 hours day, I was eating every two hours or so. Can't complain about that.. We are here for you.. Fight the good fight!.. |
On Sunday, I blogged about my ah-ha moment. Lets all share that moment when we knew that this time was the time! I think we have all reached that point where we have said this is it. I need to fix this once and for all..
If you are struggling, it could be that you haven't really come to grips with that ah-ha moment. Share anyway. Everytime I say something out loud, it helps me. Honest is very important in this process.. I can't wait to hear from everyone!.. |
Sherry and Christine....keep on putting together those on plan days..
Kitty.....can you imagine not drinking those 64+ ounces anymore?. Debbie.....where are you?. Jan....hope you are feeling better.. Enjoy the day everyone... |
My 'ah ha' ... or at least I think / hope it was ... I had heard about medifast from a friend about year ago and researched it a bit but never did click on the 'buy now' button..
A few weeks ago I went scrapbooking with my niece and found that not only did we have to share a room but a bed as well! I snore (and attribute it to my weight) loudly and never would have made arrangements like that and interrupted anyone's sleep. She had had a bad night herself and ended up leaving around 2:00 in the morning to sleep at her own home around 10 miles away. I woke up in the morning, it occurred to me what had happened and I felt awful. As an isolated event, this probably would have been just fine but I've been doing so much thinking about so many things in my life over the past few years and it occurred to me that so many of my issues can be directly attributed to my weight, my body image and general health. I signed up for the food ... hired a trainer ... I hope I can do this ... I almost don't like to think about what could happen if I succeed and I most certainly don't want to think about what will happen if I don't make it.. Fuzzywuzzy ... Iyou are an inspiration!. This is day 2 ... I'm crabby and tired ... small headache and amazed at how much lettuce I can stuff into a one cup measurer :-) ... I'm going to participate in our forum and be inspired by each of you lovely souls. Right now, I'm just going to keep doing Medifast and as Dorie in "Finding Nemo" says ... "Just keep swimming, just keep swimming....". ... and as I say that, I think I'll change my tracker :-) All the best!.. |
Quick fly by to say I'm alive & well and OP. SWAMPED both at work & home. Welcome Neena. Sherry, good to see you back! Happy Birthday!! Mine was Sunday (13th) and I turned 60.
Gotta run - more later.. |
Neena, ah...the headache. Scared me into going 100% on plan! You can do this. You have the same amount to lose as I did..
Write down that ah-ha moment and tuck it away. When you start to lose and have all these NSV (non-scale victories) and you think to yourself, well I'm looking pretty good.....take it out. Remind yourself why you are on this journey. 198 isn't good enough...165 isn't good enough. You are going for that goal... |
Jan, don't run too far! hehehe.....seriously, glad to hear you are on plan....wouldn't want to have to slap you!..
Having fish tonight with a little broccoli and some salad. Just a piece of barramundi with a little of Mrs. Dash and Jane's Krazy Mixed Up Salt..
If you haven't tried Jane's you may want to shake a bit on your salad. Better than dressing. Seriously! I love the stuff.. Have a good one... |
DITTO THAT.... I am mega stressed and have a ton of work! So far, so good.... I have not reached for junk food..
Sherry, good thing you showed up, I was going to have to search for you..
Now where are Debbie, Christine, and Courtney?.. |
Christine is about to take the doggies out for a run. Swamped here too trying to get the final taxes stuff to my accountant. After I get home from the doggie run will spend a few minutes pedaling my own bike on the indoor trainer. See a little more pavement everyday. Cant wait to get outside on the bikes. One more month most likely, so will try to get ready with the indoor tools.
OP Tuesday. Lots of water and a 20 minute swim. Shoulders are feeling that today. I should swim more often. Just not enough hours in the day.. Will post my ah-ha moment soon.. As a note, my Mother has seen my sister do well and is inspired to join us. Her first order arrived today. Go mom!!!. Christine.. |
Thanks Barb. I thought that I was here this morning, but apparently I wasn't..
Rough day at work, but staying strong... |
Welcome, Neena!!!.
Barb, my morning would not start out right were I not chugging from a 1.5 liter bottle. Once that's done, the rest of the water is easy!! The first time I looked at that 50+ounce sucker, must have been around the holidays, it looked like an impossible amount. Now, it's just the warm-up! HA!!. My ah-ha moment, the last of many, occurred while shopping for size 3X clothing. It dawned on me that if I gained one more pound, I would not be able to walk into an ordinary store and buy clothes, b/c the largest size they had was 3X. There were many other moments which I chose to ignore, deny, or bury...but that one was the last straw. Now I'm buying petite large or petite medium. The size 1X pajamas I bought last summer have been replaced by a size medium.. Just in case I'm not able to check in on Thursday, I'm here to tell you it is my one year Medifast anniversary!!!. Kitty.. |
Happy Medi-versary Kitty!.
What a difference a year makes!! Swim, fishy, swim!!.. |
Hi Crew, just a quick fly-by to tell you that I am here and OP...
Happy Anniversary Kitty! Inspiring to me for sure!.
Yesterday was day 3 ... and before I knew it I had unwrapped a peppermint and put it into my mouth! I couldn't believe how mindless it was! This is certainly going to be an eyeopening journey!. Fuzzywuzzy ... what did you mean by the headaches scared you into going 100% on the plan? I guess I don't know what causes them.... Enjoy your day all!. Neena.. |
Thank you ladies, I am so happy to still be here after one year! With you, my online friends such as Barb and Jan who have gone before, and with the rest of the crewsers walking the walk by my side, I'm feeling positive. One year ago I had no hope at all, only a feeling of desperation. This year has flown by quickly. Here's to all of us still being here next March 24 for my second mediversary!.
Kitty.. |
Kitty, wow, what a great year. Awesome. Happy Medifast anniversary...
Kitty, congratulations on your one year mediversary! My two year mediversary is just around the corner. Good time to remember that ah-ha moment..
Isn't it strange how we try and try and then all of a sudden, when we are ready, I mean really ready, it clicks?. Why couldn't it click before? I mean really body, what was so different this time? This is something I've been working on recently. I think understanding that is my key to maintenance... |
Neena.
, the headaches were these horrible headaches I got when I withdrew from sugar. Seriously, I must have been eating 1,000 grams of carbs a day. Going down to <100 was deadly. I had two days of horrid headaches. Thinking that I would get them again if I ever went off carbs again has scared me straight so to speak. Go figure... |
Looks like most of the crew has checked in. This is good. Jan, have you talked to Debbie?..
On the exercise front, the knee has been giving me a little trouble as I add more mileage. It seems that if I stick to 4 to 4.5 miles, no problem. Once I go over 5, I get some swelling. Not sure what that is. I'm going to talk to the trainer in a few days to see what he thinks. It's not like the pain I had last fall.
I am using ice and Aleve to help, but it is holding me back a bit. My first 5K is on April 3rd. Gotta keep running!.. |
I think I may have forgotten to check in for a few days..
For the last 4 days:. OP: yes, Water: yes, Exercise, no.. Kitty.. |
And to think there was a time when you didn't think you could do that water! Swim, swim away!..
Good evening, Crew! Glad to see everyone checking in. It was getting kind of lonesome for a while..
Neena. - Everyone's journey into ketosis is a little different. I didn't get headaches, but I was light-headed and giddy. Almost like being buzzed. And tired. But once you cross over into fat-burning mode, the energy kicks in. That much is pretty common for everyone. I thought I was crabby because I couldn't eat whatever and whenever I wanted, but I guess I kept that inside. After getting used to eating every couple of hours and being more comfortable with L&G choices and preparations, it was actually very freeing. I never realized how stressful doing WW was until Medifast - it's a no brainer. Then the fat and pounds start melting away. That's what keeps me OP. Kitty. - I got the link for your trip. It looks fabulous!! You'll have a great time. And those beaches... ...plenty of opportunity for some walks. Barb. So glad you're still here paving the way, sharing your wisdom and cracking your whip. Debbie & I had dinner a few weeks ago. She had a lot of travel coming up, so maybe that's why we haven't seen her. Mostly fun trips - a whole week in New York complete with lots of Broadway shows is one of them.. Waving to. Sherry. As you fly by!. So far this crazy week:. OP - Yes (M/T/W/Th). Water - Yes (M/T/W/Th). Exercise - no extra. Time to hit the hay. CU all tomorrow!.. |
Thanks Jan and Barb! I'll be quite pleased to see the otherside of these crazy headaches. Was an insane day today ... kids are on spring break ... so for me bfast at 9 ... then nothing else til around 2 ... then 3 ...
I weirdly concocted a L&G combo ... pretty sure it was higher in fat than I wanted but alright in carbs ... home (thank God!) to a brownie ... it's almost 10 and I think I still need one more Medifast meal ... but I did get my water and a 40 minute work out ... I'm determined. More spring break entertainment and a workout but I'll look at spacing my foods more evenly.. Sorry for beebling, and I suppose I should post this in a blog. Trying not to beat myself up and tell myself it could have been a heck of alot worse.. BRING ON the FAT BURNING MODE!!!!. Nite all ... talk to you in the morning!. Neena.. |
CREW!!!!.
I have so missed everyone and just took a moment to go back and catch up a little:. KITTY - Happy MEDI-VERSARY for sure!!! Wahoooo. Your trip sounds amazing and I, too, want to know what kind of art classes? I am being inspired at this moment hearing about it and I am looking for something new in my life and they sound inviting - and in PORTUGAL no less, how awesome!! You will be fine, just plan your meals and write it down and then you will have it to pull out and look at when you are stressed about meals. You'll be great!. JAN - I missed the nice St. Patrick's Day glitter, but it was so cute! Your cruise is coming up FAST, you must be getting very excited!. BARB - Oh wise Barb, I have missed your words of wisdom and Lord knows I need them now. Falling off the wagon and I'm sick with myself. I have just packed for another weekend away (geez) and am taking all of my Medifast program motivational stuff and some other food lists from the dietician, so I can immerse myself in some healthy homework. Hope you get that knee to cooperate a little more, 4 races? gulp.... MELISSA - 10 miles in an hour? You are burning it up, girl, good work! Hope the dating scene is going along swimmingly.. COURTNEY - Wow, your avi is super cute - WELCOME BACK! So glad you are enjoying success as a Health Coach good for you!! Nice to see you right here.. NEENA - Welcome to the Crew, only the greatest bunch of girlfriends you can find to help you through this journey. Stay right here with us and you'll have the best advice and the best encouragement around.. Honest to goodness, it is hard to believe, but we are still in our traveling mode. We spent the past weekend with BIL in Florida and, although it was hot and wonderful, he has lost 90 lbs. and is WAY too thin, obssessed now about it and it drained every bit of energy from DH and I to hear it all for 3 days. Also,we found we drank more wine, ate more servings, etc. than either one of us would ever do we think in trying to escape the onslaught of his 'advice', but honestly, we had a good time, just tiring and it all played with my head way too much...... Glad to be back home and back to normal for a minute anyway.. Next week is a DH conference all week in Jersey City, but I am escaping to The City for some theatre by myself. Looking forward to it and hoping, no praying, for some decent weather so I can at least walk one end of town to the other, love that walking city. KITTY, any sneak preview on weather next week in your neck of the woods?. DS returned home for a few weeks while he contemplates his move to Washington DC to continue his job search. Having him home is always fun and enlightening, but we are spending a lot of our talking time around the dinner table.. He'll be gone again again in a flash and I love my "Mom" time.. THIS WEATHER!!! Could it stay warm for a minute??? JAN, aren't you just sick of this cold? I mean really cold today. I am running out to the Lake, (I sound like Melissa...). I'm driving,. To take care of some business this weekend and it is just going to be colder there. Hopefully the sun will shine. 45 degrees would seem like a heatwave right about now... I've been really messed up with sleep and working long hours for several events between the travel. I am really anxious for a routine that will let me get my exercise in early so I can quit beating myself up. The best I've been able to do recently is to park far from the door and not sit down on the couch in the evening. Enough whining, so I'll just go off to bed and 'think about it tomorrow.'. Hugs to you, dearies.. Deb.. |
Deb, I have no words of weather wisdom for you as I live in SW Florida now. Sorry for the confusing screen name, which I would love to change already. I contacted Medifast to see if this was possible and apart from opening a ticket I have not heard back from them. If anyone knows how to change your screen name please pm me and write it simple enough for a 5-year-old to understand, please, since I am not overly techie!.
OK, girls, here's the link to my Portugal trip; I'm taking option 1, the June trip.. Http://www.artparadiseinportugal.com/. When I first signed up for this trip and the FIVE others (all domestic) that I have planned, I was anxious: how will I stay OP? But with your advice and the advice I got on another thread I believe I am mentally ready to make staying OP Job#1. Bear with me, though, b/c I'm sure I will need some reassurance the closer I get to departure.. Barb, almost all of the first 50 ounces were chugged before 7 a.m. today!. OK, girlfriends....one more thing...my scale is stuck at 161 and I am getting antsy! Barb, if I remember correctly you went w/o a scale last summer....do you, or does anyone else, recommend that I put the scale away for a month?. Kitty.. |
Kitty.....YES! I hate that stupid ($*#)(*&$#@(*& thing. I love my scale vacations. The only thing is that you need to make sure you follow the plan completely. No scale does not me off plan. I never thought I could do it, but it was SO freeing!.
Debbie, good to see you. It is cold, cold, cold, here in the NE. We are suppose to have some snow accumulations on Sunday. UGH.. Neena, this is the place to ramble on. We don't mind. I've been known to really do my share of rambling.. Friday is weigh in day for me and I am under goal! Trust in the plan and it will take care of you. Honestly!. Very late for me, so I'm off to bed. This is the first two day weekend I've had to myself since September. Wow.....I can't wait to sleep in tomorrow... |
OK, let me go w/o the scale until April 24th. This Weds. I have a doctor's app't and I can tell them to keep the number to themselves when they make me get on the scale. Barb, glad you are finally getting two days off in a row. That should feel like a small vacation! I long ago decided to work every Saturday to give me a day off during the week instead, and a schedule that gets me out of traffic. (Everyone else I work with works every other Saturday but that didn't work for me for a variety of reasons.) Eh, I'm used to it now and in 46 days it won't matter anymore..
Friday. OP: yes. Water: yes. Exercise: no. Kitty.. |
Kitty, I will be here with you every step of the way until that (#*&#)( thing comes back out again. Just remember, as long as you follow the plan, you will be fine. Trust in the plan. << Wow...I feel like Obi Wan Kenobe....trust in the force! >>>>..

Morning all. It's a balmy 14 degrees with a light frost.
Last week it was nice enough that I was able to get my gardens cleaned up a bit. Stuff I usually do in the fall. Now I'm worried that I uncovered the early bloomers and they'll freeze. And Melissa texted me some pictures from the fair last night - blue skies, sunshine. Which we had here, but they were in shorts and it was 34 here. I'll encourage her to come report on that - the fair, not the weather.. Another full weekend, but looks like I'll have some. Me. Time. Time to start seriously getting ready for my cruise....37 days! I'll be somewhere in the middle of the Atlantic when Kitty retires. For those of you who are, like me, texting impaired and have to look up all the acronyms, here's a little something that should come in handy:. BBTM (Baby-Boomers Texting Manual). ATD: At The Doctor's. BFF: Best Friend Farted. BTW: Bring The Wheelchair. BYOT: Bring Your Own Teeth. CBM: Covered By Medicare. CUATSC: See You At The Senior Center. DWI: Driving While Incontinent. FWBB: Friend With Beta Blockers. FWIW: Forgot Where I Was. FYI: Found Your Insulin. GGPBL: Gotta Go, Pacemaker Battery Low!. GHA: Got Heartburn Again. HGBM: Had Good Bowel Movement. IMHO: Is My Hearing-Aid On?. LMDO: Laughing My Dentures Out. LOL: Living On Lipitor. LWO: Lawrence Welk's On. OMMR: On My Massage Recliner. OMSG: Oh My! Sorry, Gas.. ROFL... CGU: Rolling On The Floor Laughing... And Can't Get Up. SGGP: Sorry, Gotta Go Poop. TTYL: Talk To You Louder. WAITT: Who Am I Talking To?. WTFA: Wet The Furniture Again. WTP: Where's The Prunes?. WWNO: Walker Wheels Need O. SSGP - BBL.. |

Good Morning all! It's only day 6 and I'm finding myself a little discouraged. Took a few days off work (and my general routine) to hang with my kids over spring break. It's been pretty fun. A trip with all of us to the gym, an outing to see "Real Pirates" and the musuem of science and a pretty good production of Cabaret last night. All of this led to restuarants and late nights. I found myself exhausted, hungry (unable to get any real hit of protein at a restuarant) and crabby and really trying not to take it out on my companions.
Argh (and that's not my inner-pirate speaking) ... skipped a Medifast meal and logged it to keep honest ... but geez oh geez I am royally beating myself up! So this is what I'm doing to mitigate .... (1) I'm writing to you guys ... I have committed that I am going to participate fully with a group of like-minded folks and find this group exceptionally lovely.. (2) I'm going to journal ... (3) back OP !!! Extra water!!. (4) to the club to work out and then I'm going to hot tub and steam and make sure I baby myself a bit (read: lick my wounds :-(. (5) just keep swimming just keep swimming. Thank you guys for being out there. I'm pretty sure this isn't going to be the last time I tank but I'm hoping this is the FIRST time I take enough care of myself to forgive myself and keep moving on.. Beautiful day here in Denver, time to start cleaning out my garden and see what surprises are coming up under the debris.. Neena.. |
Hi Everyone! Just finished an early L&G - we're going to a Tupperware party that starts @ 6...who starts a party at 6 if it's not a dinner party? I called the hostess to see if I was supposed to bring something and she said she had snacks if anyone got the munchies...HELLO!! I'll take along a bar or some puffs for when everyone is having their snack <sheesh!>.
It's a beautiful sunny day here, but COLD COLD COLD! Got another pic from Melissa - she was having dinner on the water - nice view of the boats & sun & whatnot. She's torturing me for some reason. Debbie. - good to see you pop in. Enjoy your theater trip!!. I'll check back later... |
Jan, That's pretty funny. I will be sharing that with my parents...
Hi everyone..
Not fair Melissa! I ran today in the 40 degree weather and kicked up my cold air induced asthma. I've been coughing ever since. Feel good though. better than my long run on the treadmill for the week.. First 5K of the season next Sunday. Have to be ready.. Neena, time to start preparing for those days. Check out restaurants ahead of time. There are very few places that won't make a grilled chicken breast that you can pair with a salad. I got real picky about where I would eat. You really have to plan ahead, especially the first few weeks. Make sure that you know what is there, before you go. Have a great day everyone... |
Neena.
, the good news is that you are not hiding in a corner licking your wounds; you are here. Secrecy was always my biggest enemy.. Jan. , very funny!. Barb. , thank you for reaching your hands across the cyber miles. It meals a lot to me.. Kitty.. |
Kitty....I love scale vacations. Force me to be honest with myself. Although, those who have been through two of them with me know that I can get a little neurotic...
Barb, should I interpret that as permission to be neurotic? Bwaaahahaahhaaha!.
Kitty.. |
Thanks Kitty and Barb! Yes, I am trying to be out front about this journey ... week 1 is over and the scale just told me I lost 10 pounds ... is that even possible? I have no clue and I must say I'm a little freaked out ... scared to be encouraged I think it is ... jeepers talk about neurotic!!! LOL.
Have a great day all!.. |
