My first question is What is a example for a healthy Nutrisystem diet? Many thanks for any answer or 2. Another quick question... Is it okay for tiny chewed bits of salad greens to make the fantastic voyage through you undigested?. |

Yep, it's totally normal. I see leaves floating in the toilet all the time..
But I eat a lot of salad. Speaking of fiber and/or roughage, does anybody else here eat any of the Fiber One products? I love the Oats & Chocolate chewy granola bars. But boy oh boy, do they ever make me fart!.. |

I gotta say, one of my biggest regrets in recent memory is redoing my bathrooms. I wanted to keep my old super-flush toilets (which is now above the legal flush limits in the US) but noooooo, my wife wanted to get all new toilets and she won the argument. Now I need to go in with a plunger <grumble>...

I've actually had the complete opposite experience. My apartment has these crappy low-flow toilets that I used to have to constantly plunge to get to flush. Since starting Nutrisystem the movements have been smaller (but more frequent) and softer and I haven't had to plunge once...

The toilets in Holland, and possibly other parts of Europe, have a platform where the solids land so you can check for worms. (Or evidently from the talk here, lettuce leaves!)..
