My question is What is a free website that will help you plan a Nutrisystem diet? Many thanks for any comment. Second question.. Hi Guys,. |

I would like to know the answer too. Anyone here know what is the answer to your question. I'll do some poking around and get back to you if I got an answer. You should email the people at Nutrisystem as they probably could help you..

I've spoken with ex-football players who quite strongly believe and will express to you quite wholeheartedly that the Nutrisystem plan offers real food for real guys..
No wait, nah, I just heard them say that over the teevee. I don't always talk back to them.. ... |

I was about to ask if they're your drinking buddies until I read the second sentence.. you almost had me wanting your autograph haha..

Little known fact: Damon is also deaf. Your cuz has internet, obviously if you can e-mail him, so tell him to get his fat butt in here so we can get him pointed in the right direction. He'll know what that means, it's a man thing..

Also...there is literally no food being wasted or thrown out any longer...

Thanks guys. I'll use what CurryJunky wrote. Though I was hoping there was a diabetic fellow on here with suggestions of Nutrisystem meals to avoid..
My cousin wants to test it out for a week, so I'm going to send him 7 days of my food. But I wanted to send the correct foods for him, being diabetic and all. I guess I'll send salty snacks, rather than sugary desserts.. Thanks for the suggestions of the add-ins. I was going to try to write an entire week's meal plan for him.. Maybe you'll see him around if he likes it. Thanks for your help... |

I think that the packaged foods that Nutrisystem sends is the same for everyone. The difference may be with everything else that makes up the food plan...

Send him to the Nutrisystem website, or better yet, give him the 800 customer service number and have him call them and talk about it..
Salt isn't necessarily good for a diabetic, either, since hypertension often accompanies diabetic conditions.. NS does indeed have a diabetic food plan. I am diabetic, and never used it, went on the normal men's program and actually have reduced my oral medication significantly as a result of losing a lot of weight. I of course test my blood sugar and pressure at least once a day still, but it's become sort of ho-hum normal-again boring.. The men's food program includes with every shipment a meal plan pamphlet. This pamphlet is like dvr instructions, simple and complete but if you don't read them the plan won't work as well.. For instance, the plan wants a man to start with 1/2 cup of light juice. And something like a banana. And the Nutrisystem cereal. So only one part of breakfast is actually NS-provided. The diabetic meal plan is somewhat different, you have to provide more yourself if I remember correctly.. Which is why your cousin should call Nutrisystem customer service directly and get good information.. Assuming he actually wants to do this. You can lead a horse to water but you can't make it drink... |

We'll figure out a way that he can "talk" to a counselor. He's deaf and he's, what's the word, shy? or intimidated? I don't know, that's why I'm doing all the leg work for him. He's going to die an early age if he doesn't do something and soon..
He obviously can't talk to a counselor, not being able to hear and all. Maybe email would work. I'll figure out something. Thanks for all your help everyone... |
