First of all What is a heart healthy Nutrisystem diet.? Many thanks for any comment. 2nd question I got is.. You can do it Paulio... I just got back from a week long golfing trip and I lost 3.5 lbs. When dining out I ate my entree before we left the condo and I would order veggies or salad... also stayed away from "recreational beverages". |

First "official" weight is 295.6, so that means I need to lose approx 9.5 pounds in March. My target weight for March 31 is 286.1. Hopefully I will pass that mark though...

You can do the calculations if you want to, but the spreadsheet is set up to do it automatically. All you have to do is post your starting weight..
And that means all you guys that have posted a number of pounds you want to lose or just said you're in you've got to post a starting weight. Sorry to be all anal, but that's the crucial bit of information we need here.. ETA: Well, actually, paradigm, you said 3.2% of your weight was 11.2 pounds, so mathematically you must weight 350 pounds right now, right?. I was 271 this morning. 3.2% would be 8.7 pounds. Since my scales at home only go in 1/2 pound increments, I will use 9.0 pounds. Wow that will be 262. I have not seen that number in awhile..
Ah yes, 3.2 beer. I remember it well. Was it water flavored beer or beer flavored water? I also remember it worked like the blueberry muffins... |

I'm in too. Weight on March 1 was 307.0. Down 3.2% would be a March 31 weight of 297.2. Ahhh, the 200's...haven't seen them in this century. Will be hard though, have my annual boys trip for golf, baseball and other shenanigans mid month.......

Well, I had two lbs creep up on me this month too that I had to work off. Not sure where they came from. I swear my scale just likes to screw with my head!. Current weight is now 173.6. With the help of BodyBugg and my workouts though, things are much more consistant and predictable over the past 10 days. I'm still on track to meet goal if not exceed it... |

Yes, I'm a double now. I had been doing the 2 week auto ship, but delayed it to buy BBB's from Costco. The last card I redeemed on the website, and they gave the choice to sign up for 4 week auto ship and customize my BBB that very day instead of the Favorites box. Well, that was an offer I couldn't refuse, so I did and canceled the old shipment. But the old handle was connected to the old auto ship, so I just signed up again.. Still me, though... |

Customer service got me a good deal last time I called also. I got some great deals myself on food recently. I bought a bunch of food at Big Lots and then got real lucky on a Craig's list posting. I traded a 5 year old used kids bike (cost me $50 new on sale) for a BBB unopened. Replaced the bike for my daughter for $89 from a store sale of a bike that retailed for $170. So got a BBB for myself and a new bike for my daughter, deal I could not pass up..
Going to make final push in next few days to see if I can reach goal. Been a tough month as had a few setbacks that slowed me down... |

I actually gained weight this month going from 377.2 to 377.8 today. My clothes are actually fitting looser than they did a month ago and I put a new notch in my belt, but still gained. Probably had to do with starting weight training and using a creatine supplement. I do foresee some big months ahead though...

March 31 248.2. Loss <12> 4.61% even with 10 days in Maui, yahoo!!!!. Better than that, today I celebrate the permanent loss of 100 ugly pounds of fat since beginning on October 6. A Nutrisystem record, no. A personal record, hell yes. Ever gonna have to do this again?? Definitely not!!. No more blood pressure meds, few if any aches & pains, plus I have gained 3 inches and proudly display all 3 1/2 of them to the Mrs. every chance that I get. TMI!!! Size 50 pants to 40, XXXL tall shirts to XL regular, XXXL Speedo to Small Speedo (just seeing if anyone is reading this, I do not wear those.). If my lazy, fat a$$ can do it, so can anyone else. Thanks for the support, and tips guys. More power to you all!! Now on to April and the rest of our lives!. Now, only 38# more to go and then watch out maintenance... |

Way to go BBJ! I definitely do not think you are lazy. Lazy is our old habits of just reaching for the nearest chips, pizza, wings and fastfoods. This takes work, this takes planning. A lazy person would not put the effort into it..

Starting Weight 341.
Ending Weight 332. Goal Weight 330. Missed by 2 pounds. I was real excited about this month and expecting a lot but what I did not expect was the things you can not control.. I had 2 out of town funerals to attend and 1 business trip so I wanted to see how things went on my own, making my own choices off the plan. Looking back I see where it is so easy that one can slip up and get back in the old habits. Each trip I came back and weighed exactly the same as I did when I left so I was feeling good but I could have done a lot better. It only gave me 3-4 days each of those 3 weeks to be on plan and lose weight.. I made a lot of GREAT choices while gone, I think I learned a lot by doing what I did and that might be more important to me down the road. Every day I made sure to check the boards at least once and I got in 20 mins of walking each day.. I had thought it before but was something that did not sink in. This is something that needs to be done for life for me so I need to make it realistic and not a passing fad. Next month, another tough challenge early on as we have 10 days on vacation. My next short term goal is to enjoy the vacation to the fullest but to come back with a weight loss instead of a weight gain. I am positive it can be done.. Bolo, thanks for doing the charts, hopefully you will do it again next month as I like the format. I failed 2 months in a row for the challenge but learned a lot in the process. Sometimes it's not all about the food... |
