My 1st question is: What types of meat shouldnt you eat on a Nutrisystem diet? Hoping for any answer. Second question.. OOps, went backwards today. Went from 293 to 296. I don't understand but I suppose it is not unusual. I did have an extra snack yesterday, Had a slice of bread with a pat of butter. I'm still down 14 pounds since starting about 3 weeks ago but dadgum it I don't like retreating... |

In the past I weighed myself daily and found fluctuations such as yours. To keep from getting frustrated I will now only weigh in 2 times a week maximum. Both weigh-ins are at the same time in the morning when I wake up. This seems to keep me sane. Don't get discouraged, hang in there...

You are going to have ups and downs. It's no big thing and it happens to all of us. Record your weight every four weeks and enjoy the weight you have lost. Don't play the day to day or even week to week game. It's unreliable and when you see a blip gain it might stumble you. One piece of bread and butter does not a fat guy make.

Fourteen pounds in 3 weeks is awesome progress! Don't let those three pounds discourage you, you are well on your way to accomplishing your goals!.

Lunch with Fudge Graham Bar and. Dinner the Lasagna,. You'll be "blowing" and "shooting" right past. That 3 pounds you'll forget about it... |
