First off, What's a good Nutrisystem diet for someone who is Muslim? Many thanks for any answer. 2nd question I got is.. Hey all. Got my BBB last night, started back on the plan today. I was here in 2007 back in the Dean Wormer days. I remember one thing, I was losing wieght on the plan.

Looking forward to the friendly banter, lots of water, and veggies veggies veggies, and a few workouts..

I'm gonna have to miss Papa murphy for a year or so to get to goal, but with some help here I know I can get there..
