Question I have... What's the best Nutrisystem diet...i wana reduce fast and concieve..? Looking forward for any comment. My 2nd question... I have said previously I wouldn't show my "before" picture until I reached my goal and had a "after" picture to show with it. However, I recently came across a video clip I took why testing a web camera. I thought that I had deleted it months ago.

I was going to send it to a couple of friends of mine so they would join Nutrisystem with me and we could all lose weight together. They both decided to try another route which hasn't really worked out for them so far..

I decided I would share this 9 month old video with you all. Plus I made a new video of what I look like now. I figured you can view them both and see if you notice the change Nutrisystem has given to me..

The results you may or may not see are the results of Nutrisystem only. Well actually Nutrisystem, and a 30 minute walk 4 or 5 days a week. I took no other supplements or pills, and I never went to a gym. I also have not been remunerated by Nutrisystem or speak for them or their product(s). I'm just an average guy who tried the Nutrisystem program and I'm sharing with you my results so far..

They say "Results Not Typical" but that second video shows my results so far..

I started Nutrisystem back on April 15, 2008 weighing in at 342 pounds..

I currently weigh in at 221 pounds. I've lost 12 inches off my waist and 4.5 inches off my neck. Those are my results so far from Nutrisystem, typical or not...

Thank you everyone for the supportive comments. I was a little hesitant to make those videos available for viewing. However, I remember when I first visited the Nutrisystem website people like Wizzbomb and Vader1 (aka Vader626) had pictures up that really inspired me to give Nutrisystem a try in the first place. I thought maybe I could help give back a little and perhaps inspire someone else to stick with it, and show that actual results do happen..

Results I consider dramatic in less than 10 months..

I still have 26 pounds until I reach my goal of 195. The weight loss has slowed a little but I'm more motivated than ever to reach my goal weight..

Thanks to all who have provided me insight and support during this journey..

Hey NS, wake up, you see whats going on? They have the perfect commercial in items like this and others. What do they do but pay celebrities, the rich to get richer. Who cares if a celebrity can lose weight and get paid to do it. Take these 2 videos and tell me it wont open up an eye or two. Not saying anything bad about others as they are just as inspirational. Even though it's just a face, it tells a big story...

Yes Richie, I can vouch for Jonah. He really did it in less than 10 months. I've known him since the day he started on NS. He's been very dedicated to the program and he literally worked his butt off. LOL I'm very proud of him and his accomplishment. Way to go Jonah!!!! {{HUGS}}..
