First question I got is Would you think Nutrisystem and south beach diet areFad Diets? Looking forward for any answer. Second question.. Went to the boys room to drop the kids off at the pool. Afterward, put on my belt without looking, fastened it, and then tried to pull it tighter to grab the extra hole I punched in it (and have been using for the past few weeks)..

I couldn't find the hole, got frustrated, looked down, and realized that I was using it already! Time for a new belt.....
